Absolutely do not recommend Nature's Turf in Fayetteville. The weeds were significantly worse and the techs are not doing the spot treatments they say they are. We had their grass guy out who offered us a refund, but when we called the office the manager Sheryl refused. Their guarantee is worthless.

They were prompt in their response to my request for a quote. They came out and did a thorough job of reviewing my landscape issues with me. I'm very satisfied with the results so far.

.I have had this service for 15 months. My lawn was the last to green up in the neighborhood. It is sparse and not very green. The back yard is full of nut sedge and other weeds. Nature's Turf always wants to charge me more for "dollar spot", of which there is no evidence in our lawn; as well they want to charge me for fungicide applications. Bottom line... they are in Fayetteville GA which is far away and I really think they wanted to lose my business. We have wasted our money for 15 months and now have to begin again. We had such high hopes due to a rec from our daughter. Our email to Ryan at Nature's Turf was answered after a day with a curt excuse that I did not pay for the fungicide; therefore, their lawn service didn't work. Further, Ryan responded with an apology that their service was not up to my expectations. Money down the drain for Nature's Turf. By the way, in 15 months, I never once actually saw or talked to a service tech...the sign just appeared in our front lawn. How could the sign appear last time when I was in the back yard the whole time, yet the sign just appeared in my front yard when I carried something to the front? I paid for service for the front and back yards, yet apparently, the tech just missed the whole back yard! Hmmmmm..... Please don't waste your money with Nature's Turf. I spent over $500 for nothing... just requests for MORE for "extra" treatments. Sincerely, Deborah Kyle

No work was done. My lawn is mostly weeds. I don't remember when I had contact with this service

They do a good job. They come and do what they need to do, and go on schedule. There is no mess or issue, or stuff like that. Their products and services are effective.

I think Mr. Jackson did an aerial view of my property and determined the requirements were beyond the scope of the service he was providing. He promptly telephoned and gave me his assessment of my property; detailed the services Natures Turf provided; suggested a couple of sources that could bring my property in line with the services Natures Turf provides; gave me a couple of referrals and promptly refunded my payment.

My experience was good. I signed up for additional yearly service. It was all hassle free.

So far, we have been pleased. We have hired them to do monthly treatments for a year. The only complaint was that when we bought the initial service, we thought it would include the backyard.

He thru a number at me that was twice the amount I told him I pay now... On to the next!

Very responsive company. They were recommended to me by my daughter who has used them for years. Now the company is serving Lilburn, GA also. Very please with their work so far.

A really nice guy called, we chatted, and we agreed on an appt. for Friday. However, he called on Thursday and wanted to come about noon. That time was not convenient, but I did agree for him to come about 2. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a price for regular visits. He then did the introductory special. Maybe it was because he was in a hurry to get back to his jury duty (He had on his badge for that.), but he did not do a good application. Part of the problem was the apparatus he used; it was not as well-designed as the one used by another company. I was very disappointed, since I had been impressed with him in general. However, I figured that a regular technician would do an even poorer job than the salesman who was trying to get business.

I did not call them back because, I wanted to see something happening before I committed to anything. I did not see any of the weeds dying. He did tell me that it would take several treatments. I told him that I did not want to do it anymore because, there was nothing happening. He left a note in the door and left. I expected to see something dying. The price was good for the first treatment. He came on time and left in 15 minutes. I would not use them again.

I emailed them after I purchased the Big Deal and they emailed me back saying they couldn’t service me because I was not in their area. I was disappointed, but they were polite over email. I would have appreciated them referring me to someone in my area though.

My experience with them went good. Actually, I have not met any of them. I handled all via phone, and then, they just went out and did their thing. There were no additional charges. It was just the purchase price, and they did a quote for an on going service. They are going to continue doing the services for the same price for the rest of the year.

Went perfect. They responded and were out to do the job the next week after purchasing.

Provider was courteous, professional, responsive and punctual.

this was marketed as a "FULL TREATMENT" but was only an initial service. Tech said it would take 3 additional treatments to actually kill anything...awful.

No regrets with service provider. they just were not able to do job and informed me to seek refund. No regrets with them....Good integrity on their side! I would consider to seek them out in the future.

Phil Jackson from Nature's turf came out to see if my law was suitable for the service. He emailed me through Angie's List to tell me it was not. He made recommendations for appropriate lawn care. He was very polite in his emails and I appreciate his honesty.

We talked and they gave me a reasonable price and my husband and I decided to go with them to have our lawn treated. They came out on Tuesday 01/21/2014 and treated my lawn. I am happy to have them treat my lawn and will continue to do so. What really got my attention was the number of years that they have been in business. They have been in business for 35 years.

They do a great job. I like that I get a live person - they call me on my cell phone a day in advance and leave a number for me to call them back for questions. They're extremely prompt in getting back to me and I really value that. It's been a good investment to go with Natures Turf and they do a good job.

I've had a auto-renewing contract with Natures for a couple of years and am not certain of the value they add. 1) I have had and continue to have weeds in my lawn from day 1 - I recently received a violation letter from my homeowners association about this, and, 2) I am almost always home when they visit. Their visits are been brief: two guys show up in a truck, they sit in the cab for a few minutes, one or both eventually get out and hand-push a spreader and/or drag a spray hose for 5-8 minutes, leave the bill and drive off. Total time is about 15 minutes (I timed them out of frustration once.) I've talked to the techs and they seem to be knowledgable in a general sense, but there is no accountability for results for my lawn specifically. Management has anyways been very responsive to concerns about lack of results, even visiting and making additional applications of weed control. This is the only reason I've not cancelled the service. I anticipated that after this period of applications that my lawn would be relatively weed-free, given the other care needed is there (regular watering and another cutting service visits regularly.) I'll probably give another service a try after this fall's treatment and see if they can do better than Natures.

They are highly professional. The previous company destroyed our lawn and he took a look at it and he knew exactly what the problem was. He told us how long it was going to take to fix it. They've been very reliable and easy to deal with. Their prices are very reasonable.

I have not priced other services, so I cannot really comment on pricing; however, it is my impression that it is competitive, and I have been quite satisfied with their work.

I've had them for 15 months now and my lawn always looks great. They show up every few months and do what ever needs to be done. They leave a notice on my door telling me they were there, and exactly what was done. The employees that show up to my house are always professional and friendly. I've recommended them to my parent's and they have also signed a contract with them.
