Things didn't go as expected. I have had another service (Top Turf) before trying Nature's and therefore my expectations are pretty high. When Natures applied the first application weed killer to my weeds in the grass, they didn't die after the 14 day period or thereafter. So, I called to see if they would come out and apply another application and the agent told me to give this application time to settle and normally after the second application I should see the results I wanted. Since this is my first time with them, I thought this would be fair to wait till the next application within 6 weeks. Well six weeks has come and gone, and no one has come out yet. So, I just cancelled because I'm very particular about my lawn and like to make sure its treated when its suppose too and not when ever a company gets around to it. At least i know with my last company they are coming exactly in a 6wk time-frame and maybe a day or two before, also they come out and check in-between that 6wk period to see how my lawn was doing and will even apply treatment to weeds they see without charge. When I spoke to natures about that first application not working, the guy did mention they could come back out and retreat but it would be for a cost. Just some differences in policy I think, nothing major but major to those that really take pride in their lawn, like I do. Also, when you dont get that feeling of how you use to be treated, its makes it tuff for the new company to compete.

Called to set up a annual service for my residence in Sharpsburg and was told that they were only doing lawn care in Fayetteville. Change your listed service areas on Angie's List so I don't waste my time calling you!

I was looking for a more affordable and--to be honest!-- personable company to do the weed 'n' feed for my lawn. Nature's Landscape Services exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Not only did I feel as though I had met new friends, they serviced my lawn when they said they would at a price that was less expensive than I expected. Win/Win! These guys are very computer savvy, too. I was so impressed when they did their research online about my property, told me how many square feet they needed to treat, and gave me my estimate on the spot! Soon we were Facebook friends and I was eagerly reading their lawncare blog. Cool! Nature's Lanscape Services has earned my annual contract, and I am now calling them back for additional services like my aeration. Thanks for a GREAT experience, you guys!

The Natures Landscape (Fayetteville, GA) salesman came out promptly to do an estimate for us when I was at work. My wife did tell them to go ahead with the lawn treatments, and he said that they would be out on Friday (February 24, 2012). Later,after reflecting upon his seeming lack of knowledge of the business (he did not even offer us the deals that were advertised on their website), my wife felt uncomfortable and called a few other places for estimates. One of the other companies really was professional. They made suggestions, explained the services and their methods thoroughly. My wife hired them to do the job. Today (2/23/2012), she was going to call Natures Landscapes to cancel the service that was to come tomorrow. However, they showed up today. Fortunately, I was able to stop them before they got started even unpacking (which wasn't so hard since the Shaggy, sloppy service "technician" was slumped over in the drivers seat playing on his phone for several minutes). Almost immediately, their office called my wife to see what was going on. She explained very kindly that they were not supposed to come until tomorrow and that she was going to call them today to cancel. That was not good enough. The man said, "You must not know what gas prices are like!" (He was speaking so loudly that I could hear him!) To which she replied, "I sure do, and I would be happy to send you some money for your gas." "No, no. I don't want you to do that." the NL man said. Then he proceeded to tell her that she was so rude for having a small company send their truck out, spending all that money on gas, wasting their time.... On and on he went berating her over the phone. She cut in on his tirade and told him, "Your attitude is not very professional. You are not encouraging me to ever call your company again in the event that I may not be pleased with this other company." He then said, "You know what? I think it would be best if you Never call us again!' and hung up on her. WOW! We will definitely be sure to do just that.

Great. I have a contract with them and they perform these services professionally.

Overall, things have gone very well. They are very responsive to all issues and I have not had any problems. When Adam first came out to do the estimates, he was very helpful, took his time, and answered all of my questions. When I had a concern with one of my bushes, they sent someone out the next day to ease my fears.

This company used to actually have a center where you could go and shop. Now they strictly are a service company. Anyone who lives in this area knows how hard it is to actually have a green lawn in the winter months because everything basically gets brown. This company can work wonders with that problem. I mean, we have really been impressed. Phenomenal is the word I frequently use to describe them. From their landscaping abilities to their ideas to their services, they have just been amazing as far as we are concerned.

May 30th they called to let me know that they would not be doing the job because it was too small. I do not appreciate that they canceled the estimate after setting an appointment, they could have just told me that to begin with.

Jamie was so easy to work with, very pleased with her service. Gave detailed plans and photos of all plantings to be used.

MY FRIEND TOLD ME THAT THE WORK WOULD BE GREAT, AND IT REALLY WAS. THEY WILL BE BACK AT MY HOUSE AGAIN FOR A LITTLE MORE WORK . THE WORKERS WERE ALSO REALLY NICE.
