+ -1 moreBasically charged me $100 to mop floor with Bona product, which didn't get grout residue off tile. After he finished, he told me that removal of residue would take time and repeated cleaning with Bona products. Wife said that the floor look the same as it did before service, which I agree with. He should have told me about this when he came to estimate the job.
