ETA was updated a couple of times, but was manageable. Dryer was fixed, but dryer “door closer clip” had to be fixed after original job was done…..Which was repaired the next day. Other than that, so far very satisfied with the job. P.s., Both father (Nate) & son (Cornell) were respectful & friendly. I would hire them again if needed in the future.

Nate was knowledgeable and friendly and the work was done at a fair price.

This is a father and son team that went above and beyond to solve our refrigerator problems. The GE refrigerator was not very old but started freezing up on the inside. They stood behind their work and came multiple times in order to not cost us more money than was necessary. Most repair people would have changed multiple parts at once at higher expense even if not necessary. I would and will hire them again the next time something goes wrong.

My experience was great and I appreciate the excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days. Cornell was prompt, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. He came prepared with the necessary parts based on my description of the issue. This eliminated multiple service calls, which I appreciate. The process was simple, the pricing was fair. I would recommend this company, and if I will definitely reach out if I need help again.

I had Le Na Nix come by to work on my refrigerator twice now, once to fix my ice maker and once to see why my fridge wasn’t cooling. Both times they have taken care of me quickly and have been super knowledgeable and professional. I’m recommending them to anybody I know who need appliance repair in the Atlanta area!

The technician was very knowledgeable regarding refrigeration repair. He was friendly and completed work within a reasonable time. Very pleased with pricing.

Once putting in a request, I received a call back on a quote pretty quickly. So I asked to schedule for a tech to come out. They actually had an opening the same day. Cornell came out within the time frame, accessed the issue with my dryer, showed me the faulty part and explained what was going on. He worked quickly to fix my dryer. The price for parts and labor was reasonable and the work is guaranteed for 90 days. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone needing a repair on their appliance.
