Nate is the man! Professional, courteous and efficient. Felt like I'd known him for years after less than 15 minutes. Found the problem causing our clothes washer to leak all over the place. The service person fixed the dishwasher problem but may have damaged the disposal by allowing a washer to fall in and forgot to/did not remove it. Said he would return Monday, but we ended up finding it ourselves. He was nice, though.

Installed an ice maker, eventually, and then left a step undone; am still trying to get them to return and finish the job. (It works, but only w/ limited functionality as control panel is totally unresponsive). Also it took several "reschedules" to get them here.
