I thought fee service was a little high

Very courteous and conscientious. Anthony did everything possible to keep costs down for me, and the company was able to accomodate my abnormal schedule for this week. I was initially told the motor in my washer would need replacing, but Anthony did some magic to make it work without additional parts. He explained it may be a stop-gap measure and if it didn't work, he would return to replace the motor with no additional labor charge. Kudos to the fellas at LeNaNix!

Nate went above and beyond the standard service and repair. He actually went to the home improvement store to get a particular drill to comply with a last minute request. Nate was also professional and friendly.

I was very skeptical about hiring someone for fridge repair. Nate made the process easy. He was very kind, and extremely knowledgeable about appliances. He took the time to explain the repairs being made as they happened. He's a very patient man, waiting for ice to dry is no easy feat! I highly recommend Nate and will definitely call him in the future with any other appliance issues I may have.

Contacted Nate on Wednesday afternoon for electric range problem. Nate came out the following day as promised, diagnosed troubled and ordered parts. Picked up parts and installed on same day. Did not try or replace items not needed. Very satisfied and will use again

I hired Lena Nix to replace the bearings in my Maytag washer back in March. I waited a few months before writing this review because I wanted to see how my washer performed after the repair. Washer is working like the day I bought it. Great job guys!! Glad I hired them! Very professional and gave me a great quote on the repair and explained everything including final repair price before they got started!! If you’re going to repair your washer compared to buying a new one these are the guys for the job! Great price and excellent work quality!!
