Very timely, professional and got the job done. He was able to get the part needed to fix what we needed and get my dryer working same day. The dryer still makes a loud sound as it rotates, which I wish he could of fixed, but didn't find anything there.

pricey service. but, it is running!

he replaced the soap dispenser, which we supplied the new part, up side down. The dispenser stopped working after one use. Since he did not supply the part, he did not guarantee it. We called him to see if he could come take the part out so we could take it back where we bought it and get the money back and then we wanted to buy a new part from him so he could guarantee it. We called him but he was with another customer and would call us back. We never heard from him. Guess what we found out, you just throw the soap tablet in the bottom of the dishwasher and it works fine. We will not use him again.

Friendly, stayed in contact to let me know they were running late due for our appointment and finished the job without any issues. Great customer service!

Received an immediate call after placing request online. Technician was out within 2 hours. Had to drive across town to get the part needed, and came straight back (didn't have to wait until the next day. Anthony was great!

I am very disappointed that Home Advisor would send a tech that would come out on a service call and leave the machines disassembled at the end of the call. He took the dryer and washer apart left to diagnose the problem and then did not put them back together at the end of the call. This caused major problems with getting a second opinion because of how the machines were left. In the past, service techs would put the appliance back together before they left regardless of our decision to use the service to repair the item. The repair estimate quote was also very high as noted on some of the prior reviews. In fairness to the service provider, he was prompt in his response to our request and arrived within the designated time quoted.

Nate is very nice and conscientious about his work. My dog liked him too and he’s a tough customer! I would definitely call the company for appliance service again.

Fast efficient

I had an issue with my ice maker Without even trying to re assemble I was told I needed an ice maker I asked him to reassemble the one I had and it worked He was in my home 1 hour and charged me $202.00 to reassemble my ice maker This guy is a rip off !!!

Came on time fixed the oven in record time and then fixed our dishwasher as well thanks

This service provider reached out to me within 30 minutes on a Saturday. He scheduled a work window, called me 30minutes prior, arrived on time. He was pleasant and professional

Nate called to determine the scope of work and scheduled an appointment. He arrived during the time window given and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part, picked it up and returned later that same afternoon.

My Maytag washer was making a horrible loud noise. Anthony diagnosed the shaft and bearings were going out. Two days later (after he was able to locate the parts) he and Nate came out and repaired it. They are both incredibly nice, respectful and professional. I would highly recommend them for your appliance repairs. In fact I got a business card from them to keep on hand for any future appliance repairs. Thank you Anthony and Nate!

I contacted Home Advisor Monday night about my non working dryer. I received a call within 2 minutes, scheduling an appt for Tuesday between 2-5. I received a call from Nate, telling me he would arrive within 30 minutes. Sure enough, he was at my home within 20 minutes. Nate was very polite, very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He repaired my dryer within approx 40 minutes. The price was extremely fair. I would highly recommend this company for all of your appliance repairs.

The technician arrived on time. It took a little over 90 minutes to find the part to be replaced. They were able to fix the problem in the same day.
