Mr. Nate was a very courteous vendor and came out to inspect my washer for a leak. I paid $119 but unfortunately the next day I went downstairs and noticed a small puddle of water right where it was prior to the service call. I called the number on the receipt I had and it went straight to voicemail. I tried text instead and got a reply and was told that my message would be forwarded and that someone would get back to me on the next day. It was about 2 pm the next day and I hadn't heard from anyone. Once again I called the number and it went to voicemail. I texted that I was dissatisfied and would be escalating if I didn't hear back from someone. Mr. Nate then called immediately and let me know he'd just received the message. He said he wouldn't be able to come out until Tuesday because he was out of town. Unfortunately, I simply couldn't wait 3 days without laundry after being unable to do laundry for nearly a week waiting for the service repair. He offered a refund which I accepted but haven't yet received. I had to call another service tech out and he determined there was a hairline crack. Hopefully, I receive my refund in full to make this right.

I was looking for refrigerator repair for the Coweta County Division of Family and Children Services and after calling several local businesses in Newnan who would not come out because of many different reasons regarding payment rendered on-site, I was gracious for LeNaNix, LLC. Mr. Nathan was very transparent, willing to work with the agency, and had great customer services. I would recommend anyone to hire from the great experience.

Nate was such a Godsend!! He called me within an hour of my home advisor search. He checked on the status of the person who was supposed to fix my washing machine (this person did not show up as promised yesterday or today). Upon hiring Nate, he arrived 20 minutes later (10 minutes earlier than expected)! He immediately identified the issue, located a part, went to get the part and returned as soon as he could. I am so grateful for his professionalism and knowledge.

Nate Nix is a true professional. Communication was clear all the way through the repair of my washing machine, replacement of a bearing kit. Recommend? Absolutely, positively, yes.
