The technician who fixed my dryer and hooked up the washer, was very professional, and most importantly did not try to scam me like several others did!

Contacted me literally within seconds to set up appointment. I called on a Saturday and the appt was set up for Monday. They were able to get the necessary parts and repair my oven on the same day. Price was also very reasonable. I was thrilled and will certainly call them if I need any other appliance repair!

The tech came out and check the dryer to see what the issue was. After he located the issue. He explained to me what was wrong and what was needed to fix it and ensured I wanted to move forward. The tech communicated everything from start to finish and fixed the issue. He also went beyond and checked other parts that could potentially cause an issue in the near future. Great work.
