Nate from the company LeNaNix failed to properly diagnose our refrigerator. We had a leak from the bottom of the fridge that was water leaking in our basement. Nate charged us $488 to repair a leak and the ice machine (I was out of town but my wife was there when he first came). 24hrs later (after I returned from a business trip) water was leaking again and down to the basement and the ice machine was still not working. It took Nate 5 days to return to take care of the repairs that did not get repaired. He did not arrive on time when here showed up on Tuesday and admitted that he assumed that the water valve needed to be replaced and never tried to identify if there was water leaking anywhere else. I explained to Nate that I was not happy with his services because what ever repairs he did not fix the problem. Water still leaking and ice maker still not working. Nate promised to give us a full refund on Wednesday and the next day he said he needed to remove the parts he installed to try to get a refund or he would charge me for parts. I told Nate that I had no problem paying for parts and we will be done with it because at this point I am extremely upset and I am losing money because of poor service. Parts were $267 and he promised me a refund for $221. He had not responded about when I will get a refund based on his promise. I am extremely dissatisfied with the services that Nate provided. He seems to be someone who is not very honest and appears to try to take advantage of homeowners for his own profit.

The contractor came back out and took another look at the refrigerator and we discovered that the fan was not working. He even came out late in the evening to see what was wrong and took care of the problem.

Great communication. Came and diagnosed my dryer in under 20 minutes. Even went into Atlanta to get the parts to repair it. Very nice and trustworthy. Would hire again if needed.

This was my second time using LenaNix and both times were good experiences..very reasonable repair prices and they did excellent work..replaced bearings in my Maytag washer the first time..and replaced an inlet valve on my whirlpool refrigerator the second visit. I will definitely call them again if needed..

Nate was great! He called me within a couple minutes of me requesting a quote, set up the appointment to come out within a couple days at my request, was on time, gave courtesy call 30 mins before arrival, was super nice, went straight to work, repaired the pump instead of just ordering a new one which would have cost almost 2x as much, was very quick getting the job completed left the area better than he found it and the washer works great!! I will definitely call him back for any future appliance repairs needed at my home. Highly recommend to anyone needing appliance repair!! And he was a very nice gentleman and a pleasure to do business with.

My appliance was never fixed, after hearing a lot of rhetoric about what was a possible fix the so call technician left me with a dismantle appliance, now I'm in the need of a new washer, please be aware of people you let into your home.

I hired LeNaNix to repair my appliance. The repairman came and diagnosed my issue. He gave me an estimate to repair but never returned to fix my appliance even after several attempts to contact the company.

The owner of the company is the one who does the work. He fixed what I called him for but when I mentioned another appliance with a perplexing issue he spent the time to figure out the problem and address it. I highly recommend Nate Nixon!
