Nate was a pleasure. He arrived when he said he would and worked quickly to fix my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong with my fridge before he fixed it. I am very happy and would recommend him to anyone.

I requested service early morning to discuss the issue we had for our dryer. The service person called me right away and came out the same morning. The timer was changed and the problem was fixed.

Called one day; came out the next... problem solved.

Owner spoke with me directly concerning my LG dishwasher and was extremely helpful answering all my questions without pushing me to hire him. I was able to think things through and did hire him to do the work. The tech arrived on time and was very pleasant. Anthony was kind and very respectful of my questions and concerns as he solved the problem. I have 30 years experience in the restaurant business and have had a great deal of experience with numerous appliance repair services and this company is TopShelf, A Number 1! I will not forget them.

The dryer repair was completed after two trips because he didn t bring the part with him which he was able to diagnose over the phone. That was impressive. The replacement part cost was astronomical. $68 for a roller wheel. Because he s a certified technician, he would only use certified parts. The same roller wheel is available on Amazon for $12. The labor cost was unreasonable based on the overestimated timeframe allotted by Samsung to complete the job. It took less than 20 minutes. Total cost of repair was $217.21. We asked what the estimated cost would be prior to him coming out which he would not provide to us. He was able to explain the cost of repair once he took the dryer apart. His repair cost far exceeded the Home Advisor estimate for repair. P.S. Spend $12 and go to YouTube. Lesson learned.

The technician arrived when he said he would. The final cost was within his estimate. He cleaned up his work area. I recommend him and will use him again if I need his services.

THEY WERE VERY PERSISTENCE

They were prompt, personable, courteous, and they did what they said they were gonna do. Nate wasted no time calling and offering to set up an appointment, and the very next day, he called me letting me know who was coming and when they were on their way. Anthony got the job done, laid everything out plainly as far as what I needed and how much it would cost, so there were no surprises or anything. My washing machine works great now. I'd certainly use them again.
