This was the best service call I've ever had. He contacted me immediately and set up the appt.for the next morning. He was on time, curtious, professional and kind. Even though my dryer wasn't fixable, he put full efgort into trying to locate the part needed. very pleased, I will call him again if needed.

First, I was hesitant just to let Mr Nix come and see the microwave oven combo because I was told the parts are inexistant but when he came in the same day, he found it was a switch problem. He did fix it and the door needed to be adjusted and fixed, which were also done right. Excellent job Mr Nix
