Nate was professional, kind, and honest. He told me exactly how much it would cost over the phone and didn't try to charge me more upon arrival. He did a great job installing my new garbage disposal efficiently and quickly. As a single woman who lives alone, I'm always hoping the man who comes to fix my appliances is professional and courteous, and Nate was both. I'll definitely hire him again.

Was very customer oriented and even though he could not fix the problem due to Samsung discontinuing the washer and parts he took the time and made every effort to find a work around to get it working.

Wonderful same day service with a true professional who put customer service as priority. He went to Atlanta after diagnosing problem to get a part. Didnâ t stop for lunch and came back and installed part. Everything done efficiently and such a kind man. Highly recommend!

Nate was great. He took his time and make sure everything was properly working before he left. The refrigerator took longer than the time allotted because there was more damage from the power surge than initially thought, but he completed it that day, which I really appreciated. It s hard to get by without refrigeration!

I was waiting on a call back to state they were on the way from another company (only 30 minutes remaining before the window closure) When I received a call from Nate. I asked if I could call him back if the company didn t call or show and he said yes. I called him 15 minutes after the window and he was ready to come out within the hour. He found the issue with my fridge, quoted me, and fixed the issue promptly. I would certainly recommend LeNaNix!
