Nate and his brother Anthony were as nice as they could be. Great at trouble shooting, plus offered me a replacement option that saved me money. They will be my "go to" appliance guys.

Service Tech (Anthony) was professional, knowledgable, and quick and more importantly here on time. Explained the problem and the cost to repair. Great job!

Work was what was expected. However, Dryer vent was broken by the end of the service (their error) and the top part of my dryer was not attached correctly. Im guessing a clamp or clip. I did notify the gentlemen shortly after he had left and we paid. He said he would come back out to fix this but he still has not made his way back to fix this issue. I didn't expect to pay this amount of money (rather high) to have this issue not rectified yet.

Glad that I chose this company. Nate was professional and knew how to fix the problem with my Maytag stove. It's great to do business with good people!
