Description of Work: The J.H. Kinard Chimney & Fireplace responed to an e-mail I sent to them by telephone. Once we were able to catch each other without playing phone tag. The Information was very useful and all my questions about a pellet stove were answered in a professional way. Iwould recommend this company to any future clients.

Description of Work: They came, sealed off the fireplace to keep soot out of living room, swept the chimney, declared it to be in good shape and vacuumed out the fireplace. All was extremely professional.

Description of Work: This man (Mr. Grech) is one in a million. He went above and beyond in installing our new gas logs. This was a replacement situation and there were some problems to work out. He went overboard making sure we had a fine working system. He is outstanding and so was his crew who came in to help. Good work, Louis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
