Excellent job! Exactly as expected after phone discussion with Norm. Chris and David were a little late but called and told me they were on the way. Measured each room and provide me with the cost. As expected! Took less than 2 hours and the carpets look like new again! Thanks guys!

We had cleaned this sofa two years prior to Mr. [Member Name Removed] contacting us. We did go and inspect the sofa, we also inspected a love seat we cleaned at the same time with no issue with the love seat. We determined that something had come in contact with the sofa in the two years since the cleaning and that it was time for another cleaning. IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) standard states that upholstery should be cleaned every 24 months. Based on the timing of the request and the standard we follow, the effective cleaning of the love seat, we determined that there was no issue in the craftsmanship of the work provided, likely this was new soiling and therefore nothing further we could do. Our goal is to have satisfied clients, however, it is impossible to guarantee a cleaning indefinitely. It is our opinion that two years to guarantee a cleaning is an excessive expectation. Our standard guarantee is 30 days, due to the distinct possibility that any furnishings in a living space will regularly be exposed to new soiling.

The results were excellent! The grout in the sunroom was horribly dirty. My dog and foot traffic brought a lot of dirt, especially red clay, into the house. The results were well above my expectations. The price to clean the grout was reasonable, but the price to seal it seemed a little expensive. If you have the time and tools, it would be more cost effective to seal it yourself.

Were upfront that the stain would lighten but may still be noticeable. This led us to replace the carpet, but because of their forthrightness we would highly recommend them again.

Description of Work: After cat soiled carpeting was removed in my rental home they sanitized and cleaned my concrete basement floors. The 2 rooms, hallway, and stairs were scrubbed and disinfected to remove cat smell. i was very please with results. No more cat smell!

Description of Work: We have used Golden Glove several times for carpet cleaning. The first time we used them, though, we had water damage in our basement due to a busted pipe. |They came in right away, cleaned the area (carpet and wood), took down the wet drywall and completely dried out the area. They were very punctual, professional, and thorough. |They also did a great job on carpet cleaning. My carpets did not stay as wet as they have when other companies have performed this service.

Description of Work: They removed water damage due to a sewer pipe leak, installed plastic on the ground and removed all refuse. Yes they were on time and performed professionally. The Cleanup was completed on time and to my desire.
Description of Work: My plumber found that my Sewage Line was busted and raw sewage was all over my Crawl Space and the Plumber can not repair it until it is cleaned up, They Recommended Golden Glove. I called them they came out the next day as Promised and gave me an estimate this was on Friday they scheduled an Appointment on Monday. They came on time as promised an did an Excellent Job. Golden Glove were very Professional and came for the Appointment on time and kept me informed me of their Progress They Pumped over 100 Gallons of Sewer Water and I was very pleased with work and I Highly Recommend Golden to Home Owners
Description of Work: My Sewer Line was old and it Cracked and my Kitchen Sewer Water was leaking in my Crawl Space, Before the Plumber could check it out and Replace the Sewer Pipe the area had to be cleaned, Golden Glove sent a Crew of 3 Men they worked all day Pumped the Area out and were very Professional, they finished on Fri so the Plumbing Company could Replace the Sewer Pipe on Monday. Golden Glove Cleans all kinds of Home Cleaning Carpets, Floors Furniture and ETC. I will use Golden Glove again and I give them A +.
