+ -1 moreThe installation went well. The first visit was to walk through the house and recommend which parts to have. They came back a week later and installed the system. It took 2 people a whole day. The alarm works fine and the cost for monthly monitoring is reasonable. This company feels more like a smaller company with special attention given to its customers. It was much better than my previous home with the big name security system. These technician from EE Armored were better trained.
Description of Work: install security system in older house that had no security system. wired and wireless parts. hooked up smoke alarms to security system. included wireless cellular so I don't need a land line. 2 key fobs to arm/disarm the system.

+ -1 moreWe have been using them for six years. They have been prompt with their work. If the alarm goes off, they call us and everything and they have been very prompt. They come out and check out. They have a back-up system as well. We pay them annually and it has been the same price for six years. The price is good. They respond quickly and that is what we like. If we have a problem with the system, they come out and make sure everything is working. They respond right about. They come in at the same time they say they are coming. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing.
Description of Work: We use E E Armored Protection for alarms.
