Despite the short notice, they were incredibly thorough, professional, and detail-oriented. They took the time to walk me through every aspect of the inspection, explaining their findings. DL was great! Fast but efficient. His report is very detailed and I definitely appreciate the summary of findings so that buyer could clearly indicate what needed fixing without having to scroll back and forth. Iâ d recommend him and Iâ d use him for the rest of my inspections. I just wish I had found him sooner!
