Coastal Clear Power Washing

Carlos pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, stairs and patio of a property I rehabbed to sell. This property had been vacant for many years before we bought it. The day of the service Carlos called before he arrived to give me an estimated arrival time. When Carlos got there he went straight to work. I've used Carlos before so I know he goes above and beyond to make your property look great. And in usual Carlos fashion, by the time he finished...a property that is surrounded by pine trees and hadn't been pressure washed in at least 10 years looked absolutely awesome.

Carlos pressure washed our driveway and home, which had been vacant for quite a while before we moved in. Prior to the actual service however, I should note that for the estimate visit, he was punctual, very professional, and easy to work with. The day of service, he made contact before arrival informing me of his anticipated arrival time. I was not home by the time he arrived, but upon his arrival he called to give me a warning that due to the pressure washing of our pool deck, our pool water would be dirty. We expected that so it was not an issue, but I did appreciate his professionalism in contacting me about it first. By the time I arrived home, he was just about done and I was extremely pleased with his work. The house, driveway, decks, and even our pool slide look absolutely wonderful...and bright and clean! In my opinion he went above and beyond, even getting some of the gutters that had gone neglected. We are very happy with Carlos and his work and will use him again + forward his info to friends and family in need of a fantastic pressure washer!

Carlos provided an accurate estimate about a week before doing the service. He arrived on time ready to go with all of his equipment and an assistant. He performed the service quickly and to specifications. Then, he charged us exactly what he had estimated, which, by the way, came in lower than anyone else we considered for the job. He is very polite and called a couple of days later to make sure we were satisfied with the job, which we were. All in all, a terrific experience!

Carlos did an excellent job on my home. I contacted him after I received a nastygram from my HOA about mold on my vinyl siding. Carlos responded immediately and everything looks great. He was prompt and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, moving furniture and cleaning everything that was on my back deck. Awesome service and intelligent conversation too... I will definitely use his services again!!!

Carlos, the owner performed my service and did an excellent job. I initially contacted him via email through Angie's List. Although he did not respond to the email due to working, he did contact me quickly by phone. Carlos met me at my home and did an in person walk around and provided a fair quote. We were preparing for a big graduation celebration so I needed the work done within the next five days. We were originally scheduled for the following Wednesday, but Carlos contacted me the following day to get me in more quickly. He said he understood the need to have the work done quick so he pushed me up. Our house had not been pressure washed professionally over the 10 years we've been in the home. I had not seen the work Carlos and his team had done with other customers but the reviews were very good. I must say, Carlos did an excellent job. Prior to his pressure wash, I thought the house needed a complete repainting. After the cleaning, I don't think it's necessary. My only regret is that I didn't have the driveway done as he suggested. I'll definitely be calling Carlos back soon!!! Highly recommend. Prompt, Professional and Courteous!!

I sent a note requesting a quote through the Angie's List site. Carlos responded the same day. We set a date for him to view our home and provide a quote. The quote was fair, and I accepted it on the spot. On the day we scheduled the work, Carlos saw that he was going to be delayed a bit while working on another customer's job. However, he called me in well advance (no surprises), and he showed up at the new time that he provided. When he arrived at my home, Carlos greeted me and immediately apologized for being later than our original appointment. His equipment was clean, and he was prepared to do the work on my home. Carlos and his colleague did a fabulous job power washing everything he had quoted. They also chose to power wash my mailbox and mailbox post (I was thinking that I might need to replace the post. Not now. It looks new!). My neighbor remarked at how clean my home looked. She's right--Carlos did an excellent job! My driveway and front curb had some stains and Carlos worked diligently on those stains to make them much less noticeable. Overall, we were impressed with the customer service and work quality. We chose to pay Carlos more than his quote, because of the effort and excellent work. I will definitely hire Carlos again in the future. Great work, Coastal Clear Power Washing!

Carlos and Antonio were prompt, professional, and thorough. They even power washed two teak benches at no charge, as a courtesy to us. Great job. We will definitely use them again, and recommend Coastal Clear Power Washing to our friends and neighbors.

My driveway looks like the cleanest driveway on my street now. Make sure to check the weather forecast when requesting a day for service. Ask for a day that is not freezing temperature and not raining.

What a wonderful experience Carlos the owner was exceptional. In preparation for the upcoming holiday season, I called late one evening expecting to leave a voice mail message and he answered the phone with the biggest smile in his voice. He answered all of my many questions without hesitation. The days leading up to my appointment, temperatures were below freezing. I contacted Carlos thinking he would need to cancel due to the weather. We agreed upon him arriving in the afternoon when temps would be a bit warmer. On the day of the appointment, he arrived and performed miracles!! The way he treated my home was outstanding! As long time home owners who have had more than our share of repairs and maintenance work done I have to say that Carlos Carson is one (if not the best) contractor ever! Original quote was for: Cleaning gutters Power washing house Power wash driveway / walkway Wash (2) large windows Carlos came in with a very fair price. What I didn’t realize was that he would also pressure wash my screened in porch and outside patio area (which I thought my husband (Mr. one of these day’s) would eventually get to!) At the end of the day I was amazed at the results! He did a GREAT job and to top it all off – he’s truly a really nice guy!! I've recently returned from being in the Middle East for a number of years, so the maintenance on the house wasn't as frequent as I would have liked it to be. An abundance of black moss had grown on the house bricks and walkway. Mr. Carson called prior to arriving to ensure I was home and when he arrived, I showed him my areas of concern and he went straight to work. Mr. Carson was very professional and when he finished, he made it a point to make sure I was very happy with each area of concern. My house looks great and I truly appreciate him for that. I have future projects that I will definitely call Mr. Carson back for.

It went great. He was very professional. The fellow who owns the company came himself so he did it so it was kind of a one man show. I was very pleased. It was very simple and easy. He showed up when he told me he was gonna come. What I liked the best is that he had one of those wheels that measures the square footage and he measured the square footage with me and sort of talked about what the coupon covered so there was no question and then we talked about the additional stuff and what that would cost and I liked that. This was very clear cut and easy to follow and he was great. His pricing was great. He did a great job. He was right around the window that he told me. I would give him A for everything. He was very professional. He was also friendly. The gentleman that I talked to on the phone was great and everything and then he was the person who showed up and did the work.

It was wonderful. Scheduling was a bit confusing because the deal had already expired. However, I was able to call him directly and he honored the price. He was on time, very professional, and did a good job.
