Danny from Carroll Exterminating came today and he did an Awesome job With the climate in today's society it's hard to find people you can trust well Danny is just like family he cares about his work and it shows making Carroll Exterminating the place to go

They came out for a termite inspection. It's part of my contract with them. It's what they do once a year. They are thorough, absolutely thorough. They call you once they finish. They have you come outside, We walked around, have you talk about what he's doing, what he saw, what he did, where we are in regards to if there are any problems. They are just thorough and they are personal.

They came out and trapped the rat but didn’t remove it. I was under the impression that the service included rodent removal, unfortunately it did not. I ended up having to hire another company to remove it.

Carroll Exterminating is the company that maintains the termite bait traps on my house, and when I started seeing bugs around and in the house, I called them to set up a pest control contract.The technician (Doug) coordinated with me over the phone before his arrival (as I requested) and arrived on time to the house. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about "local" pests and how to deal with them without any pressure to buy additional services. He was also careful to avoid over-applying. Since his visit, we've seen a lot fewer bugs so I guess he did a good job - I plan to keep using Carroll for our pest control service.

Great, got a call from them before they came over to do the annual inspection, I was not home but they didn't need me to be, we had added a new wooden shade structure to the backyard which required an extra bait trap to be set, but no extra charge for that :) and the Sentricon was termite free upon inspection! Thanks Carrol team!

When we built our house, they were the company that sprayed the foundation for termites and have been treating our house for pest prevention ever since. 17 years and counting. they are always kind, professional, clean, thorough, prompt and knowledgable. If I ever find a need to have them out inbetween visits, they come at no charge. I wouldnt use anyone else.

They have people who are efficient and care about their customers. They've helped save me money while also making sure my needs were taken care of. They do what I ask for and follow-up to make sure things are done properly and successfully.

I looked into termite control and they had high prices for termite control and they were not as competitive even with a military discount. They need call to let you know when they were doing the service. I would only know that they were here when I received the bill.
