Cabinet Transformations

I just wanted to have my cabinet refinished it took appx 2 long years to finish and the professionalism from the General Manager was very patronizing. Finally, finished and some the work was very sloppy. Customer Service is challenging at best. First installation started to fail took my constant appearance for something to be done despite having a "warranty". Second return someone was in a hurry, so I ended up with some subpar work done. Don't know if there are other factors contributing to this but it is beginning to look like it.

This was the best experience. Our Peachtree City home had cabinets that were probably 25 years old and the crew at cabinet transformation refaced the cabinets, and helped us pick our new quartz countertop and new sink. It looks like a million dollars and the team was exceptional from start to finish! I highly recommend! Ignore lighting and backsplash...we are still working on that!

Jonathon and Michael performed a miracle on our 29 year old cabinets! The kitchen does not even look like the same room. Everyone at Cabinet Transformations was very easy to work with and very professional. The quality of the doors and drawers that they installed is far superior to what we had. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

We are so very happy with our newly re-faced cabinets as well as the 15 yr. warranty! Beautiful and functional, we love the large pullout shelves and soft close features. Thanks to Jonathan and Noe for a job well done. It was also a pleasure working with Veldean who helped with my change of hardware choice, as well as Al for consultation. Here's what what went wrong: - Wrong size sink base cabinet brought (corrected) - We were told we could have a lazy susan put in later told it was not possible. - We were not able to get the agreed upon counter top we chose for our kitchen counters and had to choose something else. - We were not able to get the agreed upon counter top for our master bath. We were advised by CT that there was not enough counter area to allow us to get the type agreed upon and we were told to pick something out of the counter top company's bone yard. We ended up paying more just to get something that we liked. - The Salesman said we would be able to get a floating island with a bar and once into the project we were then advised that the bar was not possible for safety reasons and then advised we could only get a stationary bar. - Initial hardware was incorrect, door sizes and styles came in incorrectly, all of which needed to be re-ordered delaying ongoing work. - A wall was removed for the shower leaving a 6" wide hole in the wall and ceiling. CT and subcontractor went back and forth on who would patch this. I finally got fed up and patched it myself. These are just the highlights of a what should have been a project that took just a couple of months but ended up taking 9 months to complete. (whole houses can be built in shorter time). There was also a lot of back and forth of blaming with CT , workers and sub contractors. The only reason they are not getting 1 star is because the result ended up being respectable. I would not use this company again nor would I recommend them. There is just to much frustration involved.

Alberto and Juan arrived on time every day and pleasantly went about their work! They made several helpful suggestions and executed the plan for my kitchen expertly. They were a joy to have around and taught me a lot about quality cabinet work! I'm so happy that I chose Cabinet Transformations for this work, and equally glad it was Alberto and Juan who did the installation!

Awesome work. Completely changed my kitchen the way I wanted. Jonathan was very professional and calm in every situation. He did his work the way I wanted in my dream kitchen.

Even though they were working with a 60 year old kitchen, the remodeling went very well. We are very pleased with the results. The work was primarily done by Alberto and Glen and the two gentlemen were very professional. And we would hire them again . . . .

My bathroom cabinets rock. Justin did an excellent job and was very professional. I would hire Cabinet Transformations again--actually this was the second project they did for us. A few years ago they did our kitchen cabinets and they still look great.

The product that they use to reface the boxes is cheap and breaks apart very easily. My cabinet boxes look terrible already and I don’t think it has been 2 years. The glazing I had put on my doors has started wiped off. This could be because after the doors were installed they wiped them down with a rag that had caulk on it and completely scratched the surface. (Oh and don’t get me going on the caulk. Such a sloppy job. A child could have done better.). A good majority of the doors had to be removed and resprayed. I’m sure reapplying they glazing on the once already finished doors did not help. My side panels are all scratched as they did not offer to repair those once they were scratched by the dirty rag. They had to come back two or 3 different times due to doors that were made incorrectly. I just wish I spent a little more and got all new cabinets. What a waste of money. I’m so disappointed.

From the help we got deciding on the best look to the work Alberto “the installer” did, I must say that it was professional all the way. Al came and made great suggestions on what would work great for us, Alberto and Juan were on time every day, and very friendly. Working hard and kept the house cleaned as they worked. With the job they did the house looks totally different. I would recommend them. Thank you, guys.

From start to finish John was there to answer questions and give advice. He addressed all issues related to my project. His team, Alberto and Vic are the absolute best. Hard working, knowledgeable, always taking care of the smallest detail.

After 30 years in our home, our kitchen needed some updates. Our original cabinets were solid wood/custom made to the kitchen, so we were hesitate to simply discard them. We opted for wood veneer reface, new quartz countertops, porcelain farm sink and new tile backsplash. The results are amazing. Our installers/carpenters - John B. and Bobby did a truly amazing job refacing the cabinets, installing the sink and all the doors/drawers. I especially appreciated their attention to detail on all the trim. Our space is complicated, and they addressed it all - with skill and great attitudes. The new kitchen is just beautiful. They did a great job.

We very pleased. From the very beginning he gave an excellent, detailed description of what and how the work would be done and of the product. Through the whole project he conferred with us and readily answered any questions. He and his wife were very prompt, professional and very friendly. Project was started and completed as scheduled. We are very with the final outcome. Love it!!

The entire experience was fantastic. The installers, John and Bobby, were incredible. They arrived on time and worked nonstop for three days in a row. They cleaned up each night so I could use my kitchen and no inconvenience. Bobby even came on Saturday toco plate the work. They were so patient and answered my questions since I was nervous about the end result. My kitchen is beautiful. We remodeled kitchens in other homes and it was a nightmare. I highly recommend this company.

This was our 2nd time using Cabinet Transformation for a kitchen remodel. The project was completed according to the timeline set out at the beginning. John Barrera and Bobby were the installers and they did quality work! Martin and John were focused on our satisfaction and went out of their way to make sure everything was done to our specifications an expectations!

The quality of the work was exceptional and I can't say enough about the installers, Justin and Kyle could not have been more kind, professional and gracious. They were always on time and worked non-stop until finished.

Second home I have used them in a home and their quality and response has been excellent! Their installers, Alberto, Jonathon and Kyle, took pride in their work and were so neat, BUT their politeness and professionalism were above and beyond great! Can not wait till shower is finished. Hopefully by then I will know how to post photos!

They messed up. They were working all around the cabinets, refinishing everything, so they pulled the refrigerator out to work back there, and they shut the water off and moved it out of the way. Apparently, when they put it back, they just hand-tightened the water valve for the ice machine. It was a week and a half before we noticed. We were gone that next weekend. My wife never goes down to the basement, and then the following weekend I went down to the basement, took one step down there and then water. I quickly looked to the left to see if it was coming from the bathroom, and it wasn't, then I looked up and it had been leaking down. The cabinets are OK, but this was not a good thing. They weren't always getting the job done, getting the thing cleaned up. They'd leave, and then they'd call and say you need to make the last payment, and I'd say well you're not done yet. I had to do that two or three times.

hey left me a voicemail 30 minutes prior to their guy coming out. I called them and they said all their workers were busy. I had already taken the time off. What a wasted day. I will never use the because they overbook and and not professional.

Efran and Victor were marvelous and the workmanship superb. They both worked very hard to make sure things were correct, complete. It showed they took pride in their work.

I found them too high. They were very responsive and everything. It was for kitchen cabinets and bathroom.
