We scheduled an appointment with Builder's Insulation to get an estimate to install foam insulation in our attic. The person in the office seemed nice and scheduled time to come out later in the week (Friday morning). Unfortunately, he never showed up nor did he call to reschedule or provide a reason for not making the appointment. I called the office Friday afternoon to follow up and spoke to Ted who said that he would contact the technician and have him call me back or he would call to give me a status. I didn't hear back from either one of them. I can't comment on the quality of the service they provide because I couldn't get them to honor an appointment to provide a basic estimate.

They were excellent all around. When I spoke with them they were very patient and answered all of my questions fully. Tim Keenan was a wonderful manager of the project and very responsive. They were prompt and fit into my schedule!
Description of Work: They did insulation around an 1800 square foot basement. They provided insulation for both the interior and exterior walls, as well as the ceiling (where it was needed).
