Piano had been moved and sitting for a few years. Needed some minor repairs and full tuning. Nicky was on time, completed the service in a friendly and professional manner. All was done exactly as agreed upon. Piano sounds much better. Will call on Nicky for my next tuning.

Excellent. I had a piano tuned by someone I had never used before and was told that some major repairs were needed. Unsure of this evaluation..i called and talked to Robert who patiently listened to my issue. He told me the repairs were not hurting the piano rather the sound it made. I was very happy with his answer and the next time any repairs are needed of any kind .will certainly call him.

The experience with Beaver’s was excellent. They worked with absolute precision to navigate a treacherous driveway but were very efficient. I would very highly recommend this company for piano moving. In fact I’d recommend them for moving any type of rare or valuable items. They’re the best!!!

The process was very easy. Robert was easy to work with and answered my messages and phone calls promptly. He showed up when he said he would and it took as long as he said it would. They were very professional the whole time and the move went better than I could've imagined it going. If I had more pianos to move, I would use them in a heartbeat.

Robert arrived early and his team moved quickly and carefully to get the piano in the truck. They took great care to ensure that the piano was properly secured and protected on its journey. Upon arrival at our home, they again moved quickly and carefully. They placed the piano exactly where we wanted it and took care to protect our wood floors as they did. Perfectly. There were 13 roofers at the pickup site and they loaded the piano without damage and without hindering the roofers. The delivery site was at the top of a ridge with tight quarters, again no problem. They made it seem effortless. No damage to piano or houses.

Very professional move with stairs and a hill involved. I plan on using them again when we move the piano again.

How did it go??? Best experience ever. The work ethic and the way these men carry themselves is rare these days. Beavers Piano takes care and pride in their work - very knowledgeable not just about moving pianos, but pianos as a whole which makes for interesting conversation. I wish I had a hundred more pianos to move so I could call Beavers Piano again!

Actually, I had called them and in one day they were able to do that and have it sitting in my living room by 3 o'clock that day. I also got a text from the ladies I got the piano from on how wonderful the two men who picked up the piano were. They were just wonderful. They were professional and very quick. They were very personable and talked to me a little bit of how to clean and polish my piano. They stayed longer than they had to. I was very impressed by them.
