+ 0 moreSo far so good. Active staff, whether in the office or on site, is always pleasant, professional and prompt. When they do the heating or AC checkup they install the media filter that I buy at Home Depot for under $30 instead of pushing me to buy the filter from them at a markup. If I need them to come back between quarterly visits for pest control they do it cheerfully. I have the impression that management treats the employees fairly and with respect because the staff is relaxed and genuine when providing the service.
Description of Work: We have 3 annual services provided by Active - quarterly pest control, twice a year HVAC checkups and termite protection with quarterly checks on the bait system.
