After posting my original comments regarding this company, Glenn with A1A environmental called me because I had not given them a raving review due to some issues experienced during the work. Glenn asked me what they had to do to change my mind regarding their work. After further discussion, they offered a reduction in the bill as compensation. In the end, we felt that they went above and beyond to make it right. It was a very generous offer, much more than I would have asked. Thank you Glenn and thank you A1A Environmental for being conscientious and fair with us. If we ever need this type of service again, we will in fact call them.

A1A did a great job cleaning up a problem with broken ductwork and asbestos in the crawl space on my condo. The work was high quality and efficient and the impact on my building neighbors was minimal.

A1A worked with us to remove asbestos from our basement. I had to follow up several times to get a quote and get the abatement scheduled, but after that was complete, they were very responsive, thorough, and helpful. Would recommend!

They provided the service very quickly, but they were extremely rude when we spoke with them. We were able to find another company to complete the abatement work for $1100 cheaper. If you want a quick turn around on the work, then this company is good. However, if you want the best deal and great customer service, then I do not recommend them.

When they came to work put plastic everywhere on floor. They also opened a window for their machine to suck out dust & put-up a plastic barrier parallel to wall to cut down on debris, etc. to remove asbestos.

We are doing a major renovation in a 120-year-old home. When working with a home of this age it is guaranteed that you will uncover some surprises when working on it. When we discovered we had the lead in our walls and ceilings we had a few consultations and quotes from other companies that left us overwhelmed and defeated. Things turned around when we finally found A1A. Sean, David, and the crew are fair, kind, and extremely helpful. It helps that they value old homes and work with you to find the best option with both safety and preservation in mind. We had to have the crew out three times to complete work because each round of demo kept uncovering new findings, but Sean and David never once tried to take advantage of us. David or Sean would come on-site each time to guide us through our options and test any additional surfaces that were uncovered. They worked quickly as well which helps when we are moved out and on a timeline for our renovation project. I cannot recommend them enough for any of your mold, lead, or asbestos needs.
