Description of Work: They put down carpet on my driveway and helped us load the box . the driver |was very nice and professional . And I would use them again . And the prices are very reasonable.

Description of Work: Delivered a very clean and new looking roll off dumpster, of which I filled and then asked for second one.

Description of Work: Rented a 20 Yard Roll-Off Dumpster because we had trees cut down in our yard and were working to clear it all out of the backyard. Needed the dumpster to hold everything and the company to come remove once called. I called many companies to find a Roll-Off Dumpster and compare prices. Went with this company because unlike many others they said their price included a Pad they put down on the driveway to protect from scatching. I was impressed with this because none of the other companies offered. So I scheduled a 20 yard dumpster with Pad at $350. Even though I had other companies that were cheaper I could have went with I selected to go with A&S. WRONG CHOICE. Day of service, sure they came out on time as requested, but the guy starts to unload the dumpster with no pad. I called the owner Mark and he confirmed the delivery person should be placing a Pad down. When I explained the guy was putting the dumpster down with NO pad, all of sudden "It's okay, it won't scatch the driveway, I promise". Well that isn't what I was promised, offered, or paid for. So needless to say I was not happy. So then the guy sets the dumpster in the driveway and I could tell looking at it this was not a 20 yard dumpster that I had ordered. Previous to delivery I had went to a Recycle center in order to see many different sizes of dumpsters so I would know which size I needed. When my Dumpster was delivered I could tell it was closer to a 15 yard. SOOOOO.... call Mark the owner back again and asked if this was a 20 yard because it did not look like it. His reason "well, they come in various sizes, dont' worry just fill above the fill line?" I paid for a 20 yard and that's what I wanted. What kind of reasoning is that? 20 yard is 20 yard. I was not happy at all. He said he would "work with me". Whatever. After hanging up my husband and I did some research on the sizes of a 15 and 20 yard. After doing our measurements of the dumpster in our driveway we knew we did not recieve a 20 yard as paid for. So for my money I did not receive the pad as promised nor the correct size. If it wasn't for the fact that I had to have a dumpster the next day I would have just asked them to pick up and return money, but unfortunately I had to have something to get started on the project. After being unhappy we asked the company to provide a 12 yard at a reduced rate. A lady called and said they would give a $250 dumpster to us for $200. We asked if they would do for $150 and we were told she did not know and Mark would have to contact us back to talk about price. We waited almost a week and never heard back so wrote again to just ask for a $50 refund for the hassle and not receiving product as ordered and paid for (at this point we did not want to give this company any further business since we were not contacted as of yet). Finally, we did hear back by email from Mark and he put the blame on us that he "tried" to work with us for $200 but we had refused that offer when his wife called, and he does not give refunds. NO we did not refuse, we were just told to wait on a call back to discuss the price. Only received an email, no phone call to speak with the unhappy customer. So needless to say we are not happy with this company and would not recommend nor use again. To bad for them could have given him much more business and even had family members that were thinking of using them for their dumpster needs, but that is no longer.
