 + -1 moreBooking the appoimtment was fast and easy. The office manager listened to what I needed done and gave me a rough estimate of time and cost. She explained to me that 2 hours sounded about right for the work I needed and said if it did happen to go over, I'd be charged $55 per additional hour-which was fine. I was able to have an appointment the next day. The owner of ZIA Home Repair came out 10 minutes before our appointment. He was very polite and trustworthy. I took advantage of their special offer. $79 for two hours worth of handyman service. The owner was very efficient and easy to talk to while he was working. I told him about a few other projects I need done in the future and he gave me some very helpful tips. He cleaned up as he went and asked if I approved of what he completed before he went to the next task. I felt very comfortable the entire time and I will be using this company again.
Description of Work: I was looking for a local handyman to come out and do a few small repairs. These included fitting the screen on my back door, molding repair, and to rearrange some furniture since I've had back surgery in the last year.
