Description of Work: In wanted to talk to someone at the locksmith about getting a key made for my older car. All I got was an answering service. when they answered and I said all I needed was to talk to the locksmith and that they probably could not help me......THEY HUNG UP ON ME!

+ -1 moreTelephoned this company at 5:17 P requesting motorhome lockout service.Was told that locksmith travel cost was $35.00 and open lock cost started at $40.00. I agreed to these costs and was advised that the locksmith would call me within 10 minutes. The locksmith called at 5:27 P and said he would arrive within 25 to 35 minutes. He arrived at 6:09 P. He left at 6:50 P.
Description of Work: Locksmith attempted to unlock door to motorhome , however, after working for approximately 30 minutes he was unsuccessful. He looked for an alternate means to gain access to the motorhome. He did not find one.

+ -1 moreI had trouble locating a locksmith in my area of Atlanta through Angie's List. So I googled locksmith and my city and came up with Locksmith 1 A 1. I then located the company on Angie's List. I called, and received an operator immediately. I gave them my needs, and they promised that a serviceman would call shortly. I did receive a call, scheduled the appointment for 1/2 hour, and the serviceman appeared in 35 minutes. He was clean, polite and a bit shy. He analyzed the door, went out to his truck, brought back the right replacement, took off the old door handle, installed the new one, and was done in less than 15 minutes. What a joy! I will use the company again.
Description of Work: The technician replaced a door handle/lock with a new door handle/lock.
