Tarcace (prounounced "Tyreese") seemed like a natural fit. He was local, also according to him; have experience performing landscaping jobs on commercial and residential properties. I contacted Tarcace and was able to arrange a same day visit for the purpose of generating an estimate. He arrived and was very professional and I walked him through all the work that needed to be completed. I needed new mulch, plantings, trench lines, de-weeding, new top soil, plant food, grading of landscaping, pruning of bushes and installation of river rock-ground cover (simple right?). He told me he would start working on a quote the next day, I contacted Tarcace 3-4 days later via text to see where he was regarding generation of quote and did not receive any feedback. I waited 24 hours and called him and left a follow-up messsge concerning completion of his quote. It has been over 1-week and did not hear anything from this contractor. He seemed so promising, and I don't want to give him a negative rating but good customer service begins with communication and unfortunately he did not provide any communication to me. I will not be recommending this contractor.
