Rental company is insistent the house be move-in ready when we leave. Lamago Services were very professional and handled the job with ease. Their communication to schedule a time was top-notch and they performed with excellent results. I will be hiring them for future work!

I was excitedly pleased with the service of Lamogo Services. I originally had to reschedule due to another contractor and Monica was very understanding and accommodating with my request. We maintained communication throughout the entire experience. Very professional and detailed. Offered feedback on some findings discovered during their visit. Because of the great service, I will be using and referring Lamogo Services in the near future.

They were very thorough. They cleaned all the floors, vacuumed the carpet, cleaned out the stove and refrigerator, and cleaned all the bathrooms.

They arrived on time with the supplies necessary to do the work. I walked through the home to confirm what she would do and I requested that the shower curtain liner that the previous homeowner left be thrown away. The 2 person team got right to work and in about 2.5 hours were done. The floors were wet so we did not walk back through the house before they left. When I returned the next day, I found dust and hair on the stairs, stuck on grime still on the tile floors, the lighter tile and grout were still very dirty. The cabinets that were supposed to be wiped out still had crumbs and dirt in them. The most thoroughly cleaned item was the oven. I would not recommend this provider for cleaning services, nor do I want them to come back.

The new owners were very disappointed when they moved in. Tubs had not been cleaned. Countertops had not been scrubbed. Etc.

Very disappointed. Kitchen counters were not wiped down, tubs were not cleaned, etc. Very incomplete job.

This company was excellent. They did a good job on a final clean 2 days prior to sale of house. Areas of the house were grimy.

The service went well. They could have done just a little better and a little more attention to detail when it came to their cleaning because I found some things that really should have been done better.

Excellent work. We recently purchased home and due to construction dust, we needed the house cleaned. They cleaned the house as well as cleaned the wood floors. We will use their services again.

This husband and wife team were professional, and nice to work with. They did an excellent job. My wife and I couldn't be happier. We will definitely be using them in the future.

We got the information that tenants would move in and time was short. We called Monica and Larry and they immediately answered : next day, they were cleaning the property. We wanted to make sure that floors would be mopped, carpets vacuumed, cabinets, appliances, etc.... without dust. But above all, we wanted that bathrooms and toilets are cleaned. We all know how it goes during showing : there is always someone who needs to go to the bathroom..... but some person are..... shall we say..... in a hurry ? LOL What I really appreciate, is that they are punctual, professional and always send pictures of before and after. In this way, you can follow the job. These are fantastic people : even in emergency, they will do their best to help you. This is what I call TOP RATE SERVICE !!!!! The big plus, is that you can use paypal : when you are far away, this is simply great ! You do not worry about sending a cashier check. In a matter of the twinckle of an eye, you have paid the bill and everybody is happy ! This is the third time that Monica and Larry are working for us and this is surely not the last time !

Larry and Monica made a showcase cleaning of two properties before they got rented. This means that they clean inside, outside , behind the appliances, the doors and windows including the frames, carpets, tiles, bathrooms, etc...... How could I make a better description : clean from cleaning to basement, so that the tenants just have to open the boxes, and put everything at the right place, without having to do any cleaning before.

This house has been empty for one year. It had been quickly cleanned, but not what I call tip top and groundly. Monica and Larry Goodman first visited the house and them gave me a price. I had asked them to clean the house so that it looks like brand new, ready to be lived in. I remember horrible experiences, when renting a holiday house : took me a whole day to get the place really clean ! And I do not want that my tenants live this kind of nightmare ! They came punctuallly, spent more than two hours. They took pictures "before" and "after", so that I could see the difference. Living far away from Georgia, I appreciate their service. Another great bonus, is that you can pay with Paypal. It is quick, reliable and payment is completed within a click time. I must say that 185 dollars is a fair price for the job done !!!
