Description of Work: When we build and enclosed a porch in 2010, we had to remove a window from one of the upstairs BR in order to do the high ceiling in the porch. This room had 2 identical 72" windows and removal of one made the room very dark. Marc came to give an estimate to replace the one we took out with a small casement window, just to get more light in the room. He also gave an estimate on replacing the remaining window in this room with an energy efficient one, as well as replacing 2 double hungs in the office and one single door leading out to the porch from another room. These are the last remaining windows in my 21 yr old home that are still the original- everything else has been changed out. It was important to me to get the casement window installed to fill the hole in the wall in this bedroom before my stepkids flew in for christmas since they would be stayng in this room. Although we were tight on time, he kept his commitment and got me squeezed in the week before Christmas. I was very grateful. He left the room spotless and I am very happy with the install. My parent died on Christmas Day and I have not called him back to replace the other windows but I will eventually because I was happy with the job he did. He was not the cheapest. But he is direct, honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is very busy and sometimes will take a while to get back to you.

Description of Work: Replaced five windows and repaired five more. They removed old windows and replaced with new ones. They also fixed five windows in which the seal had leaked and the windows fogged. The windows seem good and the installation crew did a good job, but I wasn't impressed with either the sales staff, or the front office. I found it nearly impossible to get an idea of scheduling when they'd actually install the windows
