 + -1 moreHe showed up at 11:30 am on Saturday to give a free estimate. He said he would drive around back and measure and inspect the fence and then come right back. He never came back. At 8:30 that evening I texted him to find out why he never came back or why he did not otherwise communicate with me in any way. He basically said he was sorry, but he still did not give an estimate. He said he would beat any other estimate that I got. On Monday he texted again that I had until that night to accept his offer. I had not yet had a chance to get another estimate. Because he was being belligerent and unprofessional, I told him to forget all about it.
Description of Work: Staining of 230 feet of fence in the back of my house facing a road.
