+ -1 moreGreat! The yard needed more than we could handle! The owner, Tim is very professional, prompt, courteous, and responds to a phone call. We have found that other companies aren't reliable, especially answering a phone call. Don't hesitate to have him take care of your yard!

+ -1 moreI went into the store in March to make an appointment to have estimate of work I wanted done. I was told the first appointment was 6 weeks out. I was told they were booked up due to some weather issues and that the only way to go ahead and be on the list to get something done was to go ahead and make an appointment for the estimate . I made the appointment for March 14th. I took time off work for the estimate. Chris Tuten showed up and we spent time talking about what I wanted. He drew out the plan and said he would deliver an estimate to me within the next week. When a week passed with no estimate I called the office. I was told mr. Tuten was busy and would call me back. no response. I have called at least 6 more times and still no response. The answer is always that he is in a meeting or at another job. They have shown a total lack of respect for customers and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I feel like I have them more than a fair chance to do the right thing by calling back so many times. If I had known they were so unprofessional, incompetent and unreliable I would never have wasted 6 weeks waiting for an appointment.
Description of Work: Came out and looked at property and found out what I wanted. Drew plan for landscaping yard and putting in new flower beds.

Description of Work: Called for consult in February 2014, and Chris Tuten came for initial visit. We decided to hire him to complete a landscaping plan to scale. He required a $50.00 fee for consult, and $200.00 deposit for plan. He has not contacted us since. We have called, gone to store in person, requested to speak to the owner...all with no results. The owner will not even call us (he has the same last name as the planner, so obviously a family member). This planner claims he came out and took measurements, but my husband is retired and home every day; and no plan yet (this is August, 2014). I would no longer trust this company to do any work! Headed to Magistrate Court!

I also purchased potting flowers and plants and they were very helpful with my questions about taking care of the plants and what kind of environment needed to keep them looking beautiful.
