Description of Work: Our home in Modoc SC , had no heat, we are getting in ready for a family member to move into, so it wasn't an emergency, we called John and he was out of town last week, but would be back this week. Which was okay until we realized the temps were going below freezing, my husband called john back on Monday and John said he was still out of town, but it sounded like the thermostat. We bought a new thermostat, John talked my husband through the installation over phone. That didn't work, John said he would make sure to be there the next day, which he did, driving all the way from his out of town job to assist us. That's what I call customer service. Thanks John.

John and his crew provide profession quality craftsmanship that is far superior to any other HVAC service provide that I have had experience with. I highly recommend Southern Geothernal for all HVAC service and installation needs. In addition, request a sample of the home made Salsa. It's awesome!
Description of Work: Southern Geothermal installed a Water Furnace Geothermal heating/cooliong system. This includes 1000 ft. of closed loop tubing as well as a Unico high velocity air handling system.
