Worker was professional and performed work within a day of my phone call as promised. We are happy with this company, and only call them for our electrical services in this area.

Cannot recommended this company because of scheduling issues. We were disappointed, because reviews seemed to be primarily positive.

Employees unable to use voice mail, the internet, or make customer contact. I left them 2 numbers for contact. The first was a cell phone the second my office line. I called at 10:30 am to verify appt, they said 1 PM. Apparently they called my cell at 12:30 but didn't leave a message and then called my work after I left to make the 1 PM appt at my house, which I did. I live in a "new" (3 years old) subdivision and they didn't use Google Maps or Mapquest to find address (address available on both sites) so they didn't show up. They made no other calls to attempt to reach me and then he said my cell number was disconnected. It wasn't and I called him from it. Just a series of excuses; wasted my afternoon. If you use them ensure that you over contact them to guarantee arrival. To top it all off I just checked their address online and they are 2.42 miles from my house.

Excellent...from start to finish. They came in, we told them the problem, they started problemsolving right away....went in attic, in crawl space, all over until they found the problem. Will call again.

I had them come out for a quote on some electrical work I needed done. They have been having an issue with their license that they were not totally up front with. I never ended up using them but the fact that they were not up front with this issue concerned me. They were friendly when they were here.

They were punctual. They came in right on budget. The technicans they sent out were very nice.

The servicemen arrived punctually. They were polite and professional. The explained what they were doing at each step. It was a complicated problem and took over 2 hours to diagnose and repair, They cleaned up after their work. They identified some other issues with the wiring, one serious issueI will have fixed by this same company.

I called Martinez Electric to come out and do a free estimate. They were very helpful and Friendly. I made an appointment for a Monday Morning. After waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time I called to see why nobody had showed up or called. Apparently the gentleman was out sick. I understand things happen but I would of appreciated a phone call. Despite the unprofessional actions I decided to give them a second chance. They said they re-scheduled me for the following day. I even called before close to make sure we were still on for the following day and they reassured me that they would be here in the morning. They are now thirty minutes late AGAIN!! I received no calls and they're not answering any of the phone numbers listed. So unprofessional!! I would not recommend them!

My message on their voice mail was answered the same day. Bo came to give me an estimate the next day. He was very helpful offering suggestions for our problems. They arrived on time the day scheduled. We were very satisfied with their work. We had two small problems resulting from the electrical work and Bo responded immediately and corrected the problems.

They were very professional, we set up an appt. They came on time, gave us an estimate of work, after we agreed , they did the work and updated us along the way. We would recommend them.

They were very prompt in their response. I was pleased because someone answered the phone first of all when I called them. They were out promptly and did a very fine job. I have not seen the job, but my tenant has had no complaints. Their price was fair. I would rate them highly and would certainly do business with them again; they are a good resource to have on hand.

Came in on time - identified the cause and replaced the breaker switch - all within an hour.

Great experience. These guys were quick, polite, professional and thorough. I had an emergency situation at a rental house and they were there in under two hours. Fixed everything promptly and were very very professional. I will definitely use them for any future electrical needs. ADD to my report. These guys get it. If you'll notice they respond to everyone that publishes a report on Angie's List thanking them for their business and for taking the time to fill out a report. This proves you don't have to grow up in the internet/social media age to understand the new way of doing business. As I said, I will use these guys anytime I have an electrical issue.

In an area where it is frequently difficult to get electrical contractors to take on small jobs, it was pleasant to have a contractor present himself as someone interested in providing service. Services were timely. The estimate was accurate and the work was completed quickly and with genuine care.

Called company and they responded quickly after hours. They diagnosed and replaced wiring the next day after I called. The staff was very friendly and professional. They gave me a senior citizen's discount without me thinking about it.

Overall, it went well. Work done in a reasonable time frame. They removed the old light, and replaced it with the new one. Gave good tips on care, & replacement of bulbs.

We wanted to keep a printer in some cabinet space in our kitchen, and needed power there. We used Martinez Electric before for various minor jobs (ceiling fan install, smoke alarm reinstall) and they're always courteous, prompt, and efficient, even for small jobs. The same was true for this call. The electrician arrived on time, performed the work in about 30 minutes, with precise knowledge of how best to install the receptacle. He tested his work, cleaned up, and moved on. The price is probably a bit higher than a "handyman" type of call, but I trust their experience and thoroughness. I don't mess around when it comes to wiring.
