He is very reliable, knowledgeable, responsible & I have used them for 5 years! They are great. He gets out all stains and explains everything very well. It is a family owned business. He puts plastic guards down to make sure none of your door frames, moulding etc. get damaged by the hoses from the equipment. I had every intention of replacing the runner on my stairs, but every time he cleans it, it looks brand new! His prices are very fair. He is the only carpet cleaner that I let come in my home. He hasn't let us down!

Call early as their services are in high demand. Arrived early and got right to work. The furniture the cleaned looks great but sometimes you have to wait til it dries. They were very thorough and the price was very good.

Arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the entire process and answered any questions we had. The carpet and rugs look great.

The carpet had not been cleaned in several years and was very dirty. I considered replacing it prior to our parents moving in, but decided to have it cleaned first to see if that would be sufficient. The results were remarkable and the carpet is as good as new. The only minor issue that occurred is that a mechanical piece on the vacuum blew out and the tech had to leave for a bit to fetch another truck to finish the job. He was neat, personable and professional. I WILL be using this company again.

He arrived at the scheduled time. Picked up two rugs and returned them at the scheduled time. I was happy with the results.

Let me start by saying that this is the first time that I have ever been impressed enough with a service provider found on Angie's List to actually take the time to sit down and write a review! I called Knight Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners after reading other excellent reviews, but to be honest I was only expecting good, not GREAT, results!! I had my velvet sofa previously cleaned by another company a few weeks before because I was impatient and did not want to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with Knight Cleaners. I wish I had waited because knowledgable, professional, high quality service such as I received is definitely worth waiting for! The first company did get my sofa clean, but they were not able to completely remove the odor made by a neighbor's male cat who had come to visit and left his "calling card" behind by spraying my sofa before he went home! They were also overly-vigorous with their cleaning method and left the velvet nap of my sofa very roughed up. Jim, the owner of Knight Cleaners, patiently listened to my tale of woe and then suggested a way to remove the remaining odor with a special enzyme solution. After spraying on the odor destroying enzyme solution, he then gently brushed the sofa with a special velvet brush that left it looking almost new again. And for no other reason that I can imagine other than pure kindness, he did not charge me one cent! My sofa has been salvaged and my neighbor's beautiful cat is once again back in my good graces...but NOT back in my house! Thank you, Jim, for a happy ending to this tale! You are now my official go-to-guy for upholstery and carpet cleaning. I will just be sure to call well ahead of time for my next appointment!

The carpets came out better than I could have imagined! I was also surprised at how quick they were cleaned. I will definately use Knight again.

They did a very good job. For the price they do very well and you get a good quality.

I use him regularly and I have used him many times. He does a great job on the carpet and I have never had a problem. I have used others and I wouldn’t use any other now. The guy who owns the company is the guy himself who actually comes out and does the job. I would recommend him to others. He is very professional. He actually uses wall protectors. The amount I spend depends on how many rooms I have him do. The last time I used him I think I spent about $160. I would continue to use him in the future.

I have used them many times. He does great work. He is professional. He comes when he says he is going to and cleans up after himself.

Make sure that you book your carpet cleaning in advance, he is busy and is often away for workshops and seminars. I highly recommend his services, it might sound funny applied to a carpet cleaning service, but it truly has been a pleasure to use Knight's services, as it is so rare to meet a person who cares so deeply about what they do and truly value their customers instead of providing a drive-by service with their sleeves rolled down. It is the only carpet cleaner that I will ever use in Augusta.
