Could not have been better. Tony was knowledgable, expert, efficient and very good humored.

They could come right away. The leak started with being just a little drip and then, all of a sudden, it was like a pour. I called them and they could come out that day. They came exactly when they said they would.

It was not even a problem to begin with. The guy who came to repair the machine to put it back in order, showed us what the problem was, and we called them to tell what the problem was. Then they went up on the roof to fix it, and it is still in a bad shape. They made a mess of things, and I just don't really recommend them to anyone. There was no quality. They messed it up, and didn't want to show up. I would like to have my money back from where I had to pay for them to come out and do what they messed up, and that wasn't even the problem. We bought a policy from a company that sends these people out. Of course, we told them about it, and they wrote Hardy Plumbing to refund my money, but they never did. I don't want anyone to stuck with them.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The plumbers who showed up were a pleasure to work with and performed an excellent job; They were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and the quality of their work was top-notch. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

I do have AHS and they called the Company of the telephone and immediate response. Good service.

. They were willing to give me a reasonable estimate. I called another company and they wanted a fortune for looking up at the job. They did a great job. They were quick I will use them in the future.

As soon as I called them, they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. They came out quickly and took care of the problem.

I had a problem with low water pressure at my house. I contacted Hardy plumbing, they came the next day. They dug up the pressure reducing valve, replaced it, set the pressure, and put the dirt back in the hole. They were very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. I would use them again.

In less than two hours, they dispatched a very professional, knowledgeable, and polite plumber. He used his time diligently and was able to get all the work done in an actual hour. He worked hard, had a great attitude, and answered all the questions I asked. I'll definitely ask for him next time I have trouble.

We have been in this new house for only three years, and they have been in here a couple of times since we moved in. They are one of the few plumbers that when we call them, they will send somebody out the same day. They are very good as far as needing somebody to respond quickly is concerned. Their prices are pretty competitive with their flat service call rate. All the guys that we have had an experience with have been very professional. I have had no problems and would recommend them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I have contacted Hardy Plumbing several times for various problems. The basic charge for a call is $75 (I think). The actual charges have varied but have always been less than I was anticipating. They have sent out 4 different plumbers - but every one has been terrific.

Pros: Response was prompt. Called at 10:00pm and left message on answering machine. Staff returned my call first thing at 7:28am. There is an emergency number available, but I didn't consider this an emergency Provided pros and cons of tank-less vs conventional heaters. Tech was professional Staff and tech had my best interest in mind. Used all new tank, and copper material. No hidden costs. Installation time was reasonable. provided pipe insulation at no cost upon request, which I installed later that afternoon. Cons: Did not have Energy-star rated (tank) gas heaters in inventory.

The job was completed beyond any expectation that I might have had. The two plumbers explained every detail of what they would do or recommend being done. Everything about the service performed was professional, curteous and made me realize that I will never call another plumber. I can't imagine finding anyone better; and will always call Hardy Plumbing.

Hardy has done a couple of smaller repairs at our house before, and we've never had any problems with their work. Their plumbers are professional and knowledgeable. They did show up late for the appointment to run the new line, but they sent someone out quickly when the pipe was leaking and they fixed everything right, so that's a pretty minor complaint. I'd definitely use them again.

All was satisfactory except for the expansion tank. I called my county offices prior to job being completed and I was told the sediment trap was per code and prudent to have, but the expansion tank was not needed per the code. It is designed to respond to thermal pressure transients, but it is useless in areas where the upstream water pressure at the street is not regulated. Overpressurization is handled by an existing line that discharges to the side of the house outside. The expansion tank is not designed to compensate for large pressure transients; it is not designed to address any safety function. I challenged the contractor with the information I obtained from my county and was told that he believed the county was wrong and that he cannot "send his people out to do the job with out installation of the expansion tank." I was not sure who to believe and I had been without hot water for over a week. So I agreed to pay for it. I have since talked to numerous local plumbers and discussed the issue again with a different county official very familiar with the codes, even sending me the explicit applicable section from the codes. It is clear to me now that an expansion tank is not per code in my area. I was in a position that I had to rely on the integrity of the contractor to know what is and isn't by code...he is the plumber, he should know this without and uncertainty, if he is going to take my money. It is clear to me that the contractor either did not understand the county codes or that he did and was using that type of situation to maximize his profit for the job. I could have fared just fine without that expansion tank. Knowingly or not, he did not serve my best interests and inappropriately cost me money. I am confident other plumbers in my area would not have done what this contractor did.

Mark was outstanding. He cleaned up everything. They installed a newer brass ring which is much better than the old one. He was very timely, courteous, and came the same day I called. He was very reasonably priced for the work he performed. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Everything went great. They arrived early (unusual these days) and got the work done promptly. The price was reasonable, the work satisfactory and the workers were very professional. Overall, it went well.

The repairman showed up within the 3 hour time frame that I was given. The faucets that were leaking were very old (I think they were original with the house - 40+ years) and needed to be replaced. The repairman had all of the parts that he needed in his truck and the work was done quickly and professionally. The cost of the repairs seemed to be quite reasonable and my laundry room was left just as clean as when the repairman arrived! I have used this company several times before and I've been very pleased with the results each time.

Fine. They told me $85 an hour but charged $96 - perhaps tax although services are not usually taxed.

He arrived on time for the job and promptly began work. He operated very efficiently and cleaned up his mess. He did as requested and finished quickly.
