Description of Work: Replaced leaky outside faucet. I thought he might have to replace the hydrant to the faucet, but he said that it may not be necessary if the new faucet did the trick. It did. He (Barry) was very polite.

Description of Work: I have used them whenever plumbing problems occur in my home and they are prompt, courteous and get the job done. Once when my toilet was still leaking they immediately came back and fixed it. They came at the last minute in the late afternoon last year the day before Thanksgiving when I called an emergency kitchen sink leak and cheerfully fixed it. I did not think anyone would come at that time. This saved the holiday.

Description of Work: Overall, we had a great experience with Hardy Plumbing and would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs. We had a very unique situation and had to have someone respond fast to a newly acquired property. They were there the same day and installed a new hot water heater, removing a leaking old one. Just two comments: 1. The repairman could have been a little more talkative in explaining what was being done, etc. 2. The bill did not separate how much the new heater cost and how much installation was. There was just a total cost. The statement needs to be itemized. Otherwise, great experience with this company and highly recommend.

Description of Work: I had Hardy Plumbing fix my toilet that kept running. They replaced the parts but failed to identify that the overflow column was higher than the flush handle. This caused a major overflow of water that ruined my downstairs ceiling just below the bathroom.

Description of Work: excellent service, very polite. cleaned up after himself. Had parts he needed on the truck. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: We had low water pressure within our home. Hardy sent out a rep to try to locate the pressure reducing valve )PRV) - he could not, but then a team came out to put in a new water line from the meter to the house. They soon located the defective PRV and replaced it. The cost of new line would have been $625 but with the "fimd" the bill was less than 1/3. I am impressed with this company.
