He was able to work with us to get a very competitive job price. All work was completed in the time specified by a courteous crew, and Brent provided outstanding quality control. It looks GREAT and it has been a very easy process.

Company was hired to install an 18'x25' concrete slab in which to put a steel garage on. Slab was supposed to be squared and level, however, it was 2” out of square, 1  too short on one end, 1 too low on one end, and not straight along the edges. When Carolina Carports came out to install the steel garage, they could not because the slab was not correct, and I was charged a $250 restocking fee. I tried contacting the owner of Ground Cover Supplies by phone, text, and email, however, have not received a responds from him. Once again this company has failed to delivery a quality product. I would definitely not hire them again, and would not recommend them for any work dealing with the installation of a concrete driveway and/or slab.

Had 3 yards of large river gravel (#4 egg rock) delivered. What I received was 3 yards of poor quality material that was a mix of egg rock, pea gravel, dirt, and trash (pieces or plastic bag, strips of rubber matting, pine cones, etc.) According to their website, "River gravel is a high quality clean gravel used for landscaping and decorative projects." Instead of clean, high quality gravel, I paid $450 for the leftover garbage material at the bottom of the pile. I spoke with the owner (Guy Devore) and showed him pictures of the dirty and poor quality gravel that was dumped on my driveway. He simply said, " You need to wash it off and it will settle." I told him I already spent time spraying it down with a hose nozzle set on "stream", but all it did was make mud in the areas with higher concentrations of dirt in the mix. Overall, I am very displeased with the quality of the product I received and the owner's unwillingness to make it right.

This company, Ground and Cover, personnel are very professional, they came out in a timely manner, we were able to get an estimate on the work that needed to be completed to fix our issue, and the work was done well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to get drainage work done and concrete work as well. We are definitely satisfied with the work that was done. Thank you so much Brent!!

I hired GCS to do a driveway and yard drainage. The driveway looks great and I don't have a swamp on the side of my house anymore. They were quick to get to the job and very professional. I am extremely happy with their work and definitely recommend them.

Very easy to work with. Had to do this all over the phone do to work schedule. So I never personally met them! And was very please with the end results.

I asked for pea gravel. He said it was really expensive and recommended crushed stone. What we got was sand, which is what we wanted to cover. When I told him I was not satisfied with the "final" product, he told me I asked for crush and run. No only do I not know what that is, but it isn't what I wanted. He is supposed to be the expert. Blaming the customer for an error is not good customer service. In the end, he brought out crushed granite to cover the sand, but it still doesn't cover everything.

Very high quality mulch. Their estimate of amount required was spot on. Delivery and spreading of mulch (13 yards) was great. Will definitely be doing more business with them as I have a retaining wall I need constructed.
