My door opener stopped working on Saturday. I called and the guy came within an hour. He adjusted sensors, lubricated the spring and gave me some options for possible replacement. Very professional and fast. I will hire him again when I need te replace an old door opener.

Garage door did not arrive on original stated date. When he learned that garage door would not open, he came out and fixed to would work. Also advised that did not need a whole door, only needed two top panels. Came out several days later and replaced panels and added insulation to all panels. When we later called and advised there was a banging noise when door opened, he came out the nest day to resolve the problem. Our only complaint was that he did not call us to keep us updated when there were delays, we had to call him.

Installation was done promptly and as quoted.

Evans Garage Door men replaced the pad and also did a check on the garage door to make sure it was working properly. The new pad and the door both work fine now.

Evans Garage Doors installed a replacement garage door opener on the 9x8 garage door. They did an outstanding job. We called on Thursday and they came the next day with all of the required equipment and parts and completed the job in about an hour. It was obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommended.

Kendall was prompt, quickly finished his assessment and tune-up, and clearly explained what he did and what we should lookout for. I had been warned that "garage door guys try to get ya with the extras" and that was absolutely NOT the case here.

Kendall McGee was a pleasure to work with. During the initial consolation, he showed up on time, explained the process thoroughly, and his price was excellent. During the actual installation, he showed up on time, work was completed as promised, made modification on our request with no issues, cleaned up the work area, and removed the old door and hardware. Don't find too many contractors that do that anymore. Have already provided his name to others.

Kendall did a great job repairing current door and provided estimates for new door. We are still trying to determine new door but highly recommend this company for repairs and adjustments!

I called Evans Garage Doors and received fast, efficient service. The price was reasonable. Evans Garage Doors was very knowledgeable about different types of doors and automatic openers. My garage doors works better now than when we moved in 2 years ago. A good company to do business with.

I have used this company before for complete garage door replacement. Both times the provider was outstanding. If you live in Augusta and need a Garage door, This is the company to use.

I was out of town when my garage door broke and arrived late Friday. I was thinking I would not get it repaired until Monday but looked on Angie's list for reviews. I saw that they had weekend hours and called them at 11:00 and was told he was finishing a job and would call when completed which he did. He said he was 45 minutes. He arrived and was completed within 1 &1/2 hrs. AWESOME! I don't have to take off work either next week.

Great service! I called that morning and asked for a late afternoon appointment for a consult. They called 20 mins. before they arrived. The gentlemen I talked to were always very kind and knowledgeable (including the trainee!). It took about an hour, but the rigged a new bracket to hold the wheels in the track (when it ripped off the door the previous day, it damaged that are so we could not reattach the bolts and screws). They also replaced a cord and installed a new heavy duty spring. The previous springs (2) were very small and hidden inside a metal pipe (talk about looks being deceiving!). The old springs were barely enough to pull up the double sized garage door, so once one broke, it put a lot of force on the other spring... hence the bracket eventually breaking. They also found a couple of very interesting "fixes" that had been previously to the door (we haven't own the home long) - one of which was that the opener was set to full power (this is used to bring the door up faster to compensate for the weak (former) springs. They turned that down. What a difference! Before, the door was incredibly noisy, but now it is much quieter! Very happy with the job they did. Would call them back if I ever need other work or replacement (the current unit is over 15 years old). I highly recommend Evans Garage Door!

Called on a Saturday at noon and said he would be able to come by at around 3 or 330. Called at 240 said he would be here in 20 minutes. Sure enough he was at my door at 3pm. Walked right on in and checked all the parts and said I only needed the torsion spring and gave me quote on the spot. He even lubricated the rollers. Took about 30 minutes. Quick, polite, and punctual. And gave me a 2 year warranty on the spring.

Contacted via Angie's list on a Saturday night fully expecting to not get a reply until the following week. Kendall contacted me back that evening and we made arrangements for him to come by on Tuesday of that week after 5pm. We commnicated back and forth and he provided info for all brands he reps. I had the opportunity to review info online and had bacsically picked doors before he came by. On Tuesday Kendall was prompt and called ahead when he was on his way. He made recommendations based on our selections and offered options available which was a big help. He worked up a quote and we ended up gettiing optional 20" radius tracks and insulated glass. We ordered the doors on the spot as we were extremely impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of Kendall and his staff. He gave us an estimate of three week delivery on doors and they were delivered just as quoted. Kendall contacted me as soon as the doors arrived to schedule installation. Kendall called the afternoon prior to install to confirm and he arrived the next day at the specified time and promptly got to work. Within 4.5 hours the job was complete and he even programmed my two cars' Intellilink to the new openers. The final invoice was exactly the price he had quoted me on the first visit! Kendall also contacted me prior to installation to inform me of promotional offer that had just come available from Liftmaster. The doors look great and operate flawlessly. We definitely recommend Kendall and Evans Garage Door he's lived up to his A rating! We couldn't have asked for better service. ( I had contacted another local service provider via Angie's list but never got a reply.)

I called and was immediately told that Kendall, the owner/operator could come out that day and fix the garage door. He said he would call before he came and he was punctual with calling me back and arriving to fix the door. The door would not close all the way and he quickly went to work. He replaced a roller, lubricated every single moving part, installed a horizontal brace to make the door more rigid and adjusted the sensor and up/down tension. Lastly, he showed me exactly where to lubricate the door to keep in running at optimal performance. The door works great and is really much quieter since he performed the maintenance. He also told me which opener to buy in the future and what not to buy. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

We contacted Mr. McGee today (a Sunday) to get prices for replacing our springs and getting a new opener. Amazingly, hee was at our hours 2 hours later to complete the job! He was extremely knowledgable and professional. I had been researching openers and installation costs for the past few months and I feel like his cost was more than fair. Our door works better than it ever has! He walked my husband through every detail of our new opener. Very happy with Evans Garage Doors!

Very good. Didn't over charge. He knew what the problem was over the phone. He came right out to fix it.
