EGTS was contacted, a wriiten estimate was done the same day. I was given a time frame they would be available and assurances given the work could be done in a day with no disconnection of the power source.jaj .

If you need tree service,you are not going to be lead into an expensive and time consuming job by using Eben Grey tree service. Wish I,had found them sooner.

This is the go to company for tree removal in the CSRA. If you have not seen this operation the experience itself is just worth it. From the week before the meeting with the consultant Joel Sanders who priced out the job, to the start of the job in less than a week after the quote, the entire process was pretty much the way Joel laid it out. Eben Gray is the one who does the cutting. We had five dead pine tree that had to be removed as well as four major pine trees that had to go as they were next to the house. I thought that my property would be torn up when all these big trees came down, however, when they brought in the big crane and started to remove these big trees in sections and not damage my property, I was awestruck. When the sections of the tree hit the ground, the guys on the ground went to work. The removed all the trees in less than eight hours and had the property cleaned up by five o'clock. Minus the smell of wood and more sunlight hitting my property, you could not tell that they were here. The crew was professional, Eben and Joel are upfront about what they are going to do and how they do it. Billing was made easy and simple. I will use egts again in the future.

Mr Gray came out himself and cut down some tree limbs. He had good polite men with him. They cleaned up everything. Did exactly what was asked of them. Also they went above and beyond when they found a yellow jacket nest in a tree they were just cutting limbs from. They killed the nest and hopefully the queen to keep us yellow jacket free next spring (I'm allergic). I would recommend them to anyone in the CSRA (our local area). Very professional and very nice. It was actually a pleasant experience spending that kinda of money :D But we did get a discount from finding them on Angie's List. Brooks Family

The tree removal went very well. It was on schedule and completed very efficiently. We highly recommend this company.

The crew arrived within the time interval given, about 4PM, and went right to work. Within 15 minutes they had both pine trees down and were limbing them. When I got home from work, everything was cleaned up gone. They even cleaned up the area that I had dug up some stumps and removed the roots for me. GREAT JOB!

They removed the tree and it was if that tree was never there.They cleaned up all the limbs, were in and out as if they were never there. The staff was very polite, professional and did well beyond my expetations. I highly reccomend this company to anyone that is worried about the surroundings or concerned about something in there yard getting torn up around the tree. In and out in a breeze with no regret. From the owner to there employees it was a great experience. Will difinitely call on them in the future.

I wanted to be sure what ever service I hired to do the job was fully insured and had the correct equipment and skill to do the job. I contacted several companies I found listed in various places. Almost none of them called me back. Others were not properly insured or equipped to do the job. Finally I looked it up on Angies List. Eben Gray Tree service has very high marks. They called me promptly. They showed up and gave me a quote. I was happy with the price due to the scope of the job. They are insured and have the correct equipment. It came time to do the tree. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They had 6 guys on site to do the work. The work took most of the day, as I expected that it would. The trees came down with no damage to the property, roof, or power lines. They ground the stump down very well. They did an excellent job of clean up. Far better than I expected. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

I was referred to EGTS by a neighbor who was very happy with their service. I initially spoke to Joel, who quoted the job. He arrived on time and gave me a quote before he left. We received one other quote and EGTS was much lower. I booked with EGTS and asked Joel to forward their insurance information. I received proof of insurance via email. On the day of service, Joel kept me updated to the crews arrival time. This worked out well and prevented me from leaving work any earlier than I needed. Joel stated that I didn't need to be there, but I'm so glad that I was. It was quite a show! The crew showed up with a huge crane. The owner Eben Gray was there. It's my understanding he is the only one who "climbs" or get's lifted via crane. He and his crew did a fast, efficient, and impressive job. It was unbelievable to see our large trees lifted out of our yard in one piece and placed in the road to be cut apart. That crew was followed by a truck and crew who removed all of the debris. Honestly, if we didn't have four missing trees, you would have never had known they were there. I never gush about contract work, but this was a great experience. It was hard for me to lose those trees, but EGTS made it a very stress free experience!

The service was great!PROS: Very fast. Fully equipped and manned to handle the job. Avoided gardens even when bringing down the large trees. Professional and accommodating. They are the best price for the job. Price estimates were provided days before hand, and additional estimates were given for spur of the moment decision to cut down two other trees while they were on site. CONS: They are so busy with work that, (at the time), it took them a few days to get around to us. If you can wait, then it's certainly worth it. But if you need a tree(s) cut down in a matter of an hour or two, then Big Dawg Service is your best choice (according to the EGBT site manager), but it will cost more.

We are extremely satisfied with all work performed. The entire experience from first contact to end of service was excellent in all aspects.

They were professional in every aspect. They arrived on time and went over the tasks that were to be done and explained their methodology. All equipment was in good condition and worked properly. The sites where they removed trees was cleaned well and the job was well done. The crews were pleasant and courteous. I will use them again and would recommend them.

I had 5 very tall and large dead trees in the back yard of my rental home in Evans, Georgia. I called this tree service and told them what I needed - they went out to the property to survey the job and gave me an estimate of $1500 which was a very good price. they scheduled the job several weeks out as they were booked up with other jobs. They cut down the trees and left a nice, neat stump - for that price, they did not grind the stump. I was very happy overall and would recommend them to everyone.

They were very concerned about the well being of the folks in the neighborhood because the tree was right up the street. They had the prices in town. They were very quick to get a dangerous tree down. They said they would like to schedule it for later but they couldn't because it had to come down immediately. They took care of it and didn't let it become a problem. I have recommended them.

They did such a wonderful job, you wouldn't even know there were trees there before. They grind the roots up for you. It wasn't a bad price at all. They were dependable, they had so much business that they wouldn't be able to come when they said they would be coming but they would call you to let you know ahead of time. They are the type of business that even though they didn't come when they said they would, they would come later. They had more business they could handle in that time period but they were still awesome. I highly recommend them.

They actually believe in the phone and using it. They respond when it rings on their end. They actually show up when they say they are going to. If they were not going to be there on time they called and told me they were going to be late. The owner and his right hand man are professional.

He arrived within an hour. Within two hours the equipment had arrived, and they had the tree removed within 45 minutes. A few days later they came and ground the stump down. They are cheaper than other tree services. The work is very good, the guys are professional, and they know what they are doing. They are going to be our tree service forever because we have used other tree services, and we really like them.

They did a good job. He came promptly, and his estimate was about $200 to $300 less than other estimates from 2 other companies. He did a great job, got rid of the tree, and the stump. I haven't had any problems with the area since. He provided good customer service. I would absolutely use him again.

I have a large amount of trees in my yard and several of them were diseased and two of them fell down because of heavy winds. They were 80-100 foot trees. Three of them came out and spent less than 2 hours and they took out every tree that was diseased, they were 10 of them and they left no trace. They took the stumps out and left the yard looking better than what it looked like when they first stopped here. They were quick and they were professional. They have a crew of at least 20 people and they are just as nice as they could be.

They are very knowledgeable, very hardworking and I would rate them excellent on all categories. I can’t say enough about the work they did here. They cut down twelve trees. They are very cost effective for taking down twelve trees. They had a big crane, an equipment to do the job, very punctual. They said they would be there on a certain day and they were there. They cleaned up. I had a ton of trees taken out as all were big trees like 75years old pine tree that were 75’ tall and wide. Then they did the stump grinding as well for that price. They got in here and were in and out of here with ten trees. They filled up the sack with trees and cleaned them out over the top of the houses. They just did such an incredible job and they probably had eight people here working here. The owner was great and actually he cuts the trees down himself. So it is just a great company to deal with. I think they have a slogan called “WE WON’T TRIM YOUR WALLET BUT WE WILL TRIM YOUR TREES” and they really lived up to that. It was really a joy to work with as there were no messes afterwards. By 10’o clock they were gone and you couldn’t even tell they were here. They also had a little Christian symbol in their logo that was somebody that I wanted to do business with.

They were highly professional. I thought the job would take a day and a half or so and they were done in half of a day. They left my yard looking nice. They were able to get the job done quickly and in a timely manner.

Work was done as scheduled and did not exceed estimate. Clean up was completed the same day. I would (and have) recommend Eben Gray to any one who needs tree service.

Trees were damaged by storms and went to Angies List for Tree Services. Once we decided on Eben Gray - the Business Manager, Joel Sanders, returned my call for service on the same business day, made an appointment, arrived early and gave me a written proposal. Once accepted, Joel gave me a window of days to choose from. Joel called 3 days before the estimated day of work to confirm the date and time. On the dayfor the work, Eben and Joel were on time along with their crew. Eben stayed on site and does all the high cutting which is removed by a 127 foot crane to the street where his crew cuts and piles the trees for removal. His removal truck arrived during the tree removal and within 4 hours the work was completed, the yard and street cleaned. Before leaving Eben meet with me to review the work and informed me that Joel would call later to assure all work met our expectations. Joel called to follow up on the work and our level of satisfaction. Once assure we were very satisfied he informed me he would send a bill.

The guy came out the next morning. We had a bad wind storm, two of my tall pines split off and the top of them fell on my barn. They were big and they came down with all kinds of equipment, 120 foot cranes, etc. In two hours they had that cleared out plus another tree I wanted taken down. They left it immaculate, I was extremely pleased with the service. I'd say they were excellent and the experience was very good. They were timely, when they said they'd be here they were here. They were very professional in the way they did the work and neat in their clean up.
