Description of Work: I have two contracts with Defense Pest Control; one lasting more than five years. I have standards and find that customer service is lost art for many businesses in America! However, I enjoy peace of mind knowing their respectful, responsive, and courteous customer service is unwavering. I see other competitors in action and hear the complaints from their customers. The Defense Pest Control field customer representative/technician is a knowledgeable person, that is always ahead of the other competition. They completed work as promised. I do not hesitate to contact Defense Pest Control. Defense Pest Control can work unsupervised, they have worked unsupervised, and they do not worry my wife or daughter. This is a honest person with a heart. Throw some work their way and I am sure you will be pleased! This is an ethical owner/operator, a rare find today!

+ -1 moreI am a Real Estate Agent who has been in the business for 21 years. As a part of closing a property, we have to get termite letters for the lender and pest control service for Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords. I have been using Steve at Defence Pest Control for the last three years. I have never seen anyone who takes his job more seriously then Steve. He is very thorough. If someone has bugs, he can get rid of them. If someone has a single termite, I really believe he could find it. Most of the bug men that I have used before are at the house 10 to 15 minutes then they are gone. Steve takes his time and makes sure the job has been done right. He takes pride in the work that he does and I would recommend him time and time again.
