We just took possession of a new home, and the building has been unoccupied for a few years. We saw wasps buzzing around and a couple dead palmetto bugs. I called D&D on the recommendation of our realtor, and was helped by a very helpful lady. I explained what we need, and she was able to get us scheduled for the next day. I was given a 2-hour service window, and our technician Zack showed up within 30 minutes of the start of scheduled window. He was professional, helpful, and informative. Zack treated our windows, around plumbing, along the exterior of the house, and the shrubs around the house. I signed up for quarterly service to have them come out for preventative treatment. Overall, very pleased with the company, the service, and the price.

They are the ones that I always call and they are great. I dont remeber the last time I used them as I had called them in for a rental property I have. We had bees in the attic and they were not able to help as they were honey bees and they can tkill them and they didn't charge me.They are Honest, Friendly and if you have an issue after then they always do it right. I always use them and will use them in the future

Our appointment was at 3pm but the guy from Dand D arrived early and started the inspection outside the house until the realtor arrived to let him in. When we met, he introduced himself to us and was very friendly. He let us know that when the inspection was complete he would come and talk to us about his findings. He walked us around the outside and inside to show us the findings in his report. The heat index was around 100 degrees and the man did not have to walk us around. He took the time to answer all of our questions and give us advice. He quoted us a price for annual termite service. The quote was very reasonable. He educated us on the empty termite traps around the house telling us the type and who might have placed them. So that we could conact the company and ask about prices for traps already out but require service. We had a very pleasant experience and would use Dand D in future.

When I 1st move into my house last year, I called Dand D to spray for roaches and other pest. I wanted the house sprayed before my furniture arrived. He sprayed outside but refused to spray inside. Within 2 weeks I had to call him again to spray. he tried to convince me that the roaches came in with my furniture..NOT! We had Dand D come out several times and I'm convinced they were spraying bug love potion. I finally switched to another company and have NOT had any bug problems

I saw termites swarming in the house and since I had not had the house treated in many years I decided to call this company based on a recommendation from a 15 year customer of there's. I also checked the other company's that did the baiting method and decided against that type of treatment. They came out and inspected the same day and I scheduled an appointment the following week. They arrived on time ready to work. It took about three hours for the treatment and I also had a vapor barrier installed in the crawl space. I was pleased with the service. They worked quickly, kept the gate closed and cleaned up after they were done. I will be using them again for quarterly pest control. I asked the owner of D&D about fire ant control and he was very helpful offering to take care of the fire ants but he also told me the best home method for controlling them myself, and saving some money. This company is locally owned and operated, the owner is one of the crew who actually gets his hands dirty. I always like dealing with the owner. I recommend this company.
