Property managers are neglectful in managing property: 420 Northrop Pl, Grovetown, GA 30813. At move-in, property manager pointed out water stain on ceiling in living room. Later there was a water leak from ceiling in main bathroom and closet. Thereafter, there was breathing problems and mold found by a certified mold inspector. I learned property management placed the rental back on the market (increased rent from $1300 to $1400), replaced downstairs carpet with laminate flooring but, I do not believe they resolved the mold problem properly. I would not rent this place as a tenant. Tenants beware . . . be your own home inspector.
Description of Work: Water leak. Mold problem.

I had a townhouse that I listed for sale with this company. They came up with a potential buyer, and Woody Trulock presented me with a contract for the amount I was asking. I signed a contract for an interested buyer because he was going to pay the price I was asking. This buyer didn’t have any credit at the time and I was asked to wait a few months for him to build his credit up to actually buy the townhouse. I asked my real estate agent to not remove my townhouse from the for sale listings because I didn’t feel like this buyer was going to come through. It turns out they did remove my townhouse from all the listings. I even had a friend anonymously call and ask about it and they would not acknowledge that it was even for sale. The whole time we were going back and forth about price and inspections and closing costs, I thought he was still trying to market my home. He led me to believe that the market was just bad in the area. When I complained to his superiors, they just said it was their policy and refused to acknowledge that they had done anything wrong. I did file a complaint with the National Association of Realtors in September of 2014.

I found them to be excellent. My agent's name was Judy. They did everything I wanted and I would give them an A in all the categories I am familiar with. She worked on a commission off the sale.

Sylvia from Blanchard and Calhoun was great from the start; we came down to Ga for a house hunting trip in March 2010. We only had a week to look for a place so she cleared her schedule and drove my wife and I around for a solid week straight. We must of looked at 60 different places; the best part was that with each place she would tell us what she thought was good and bad about it. She never pressured us in anyway on any house and we really appreciated that. We didn't find a house in our initial trip so she continued to work with us over the internet sending us houses to look at until we moved down. Once we got here she continued to block whole days just for us until we finally found the place we wanted. Once we put an offer on a house and it was accepted was right about the time my wife and I left for a two week vacation, but we didn't worry because Sylvia took care of everything while we were gone. She even went to far as to call in different contractors to give us estimates on some of things we wanted to do/change around the house. There have been sometimes when she couldn't get with us because she was with other clients or had other appointments, so instead of us just waiting she sent her husband Bill (who is also an agent) to help us out. All in all Sylvia has been absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend her more.
Description of Work: Worked with us for 6 months to find a house.
