My wife and I chose this company based on promotions of their services and rates. One involved free Yard Waste removal if we purchased our own container. No size was specified and we went to great lengths to obtain one similar to those provided by other services or what we had seen within the neighborhood. While we had some problems with their service (missed pickups) it is the issues occurring over the past three (3) months, without resolution, that is intolerable. First we had free yard waste removal, then we were told we had a large container and would have to pay $15.00 a month. When my wife called she was told that if we paid a year in advance it would only be $8 a month. Next we were sent a notice to chose our option for Yard Waste but no option was provided for annual payment. My wife called again only to be told we were fine ... not to worry. That was followed a few weeks later with a threatening notice (on our door) that garbage service was going to be cut off so we dashed over with a payment for an invoice we had never received. Another call to the office this time dealing with a very rude and unprofessional office worker who made derogatory comments to my wife. Too bad she didn't say them to me... The final blow was when the yard waste wasn't picked up on the regular day. My wife calls again and this time is told we don't have Yard Waste service even though we still have nine months remaining on the advance payment. Asking for the manager or owner she is told the owners are a "conglomerate" (I have a better word!). She is told the Manager's name but also told he doesn't have a phone (right!). My wife actually had to request a phone call from him rather than that offer being made automatically. He doesn't call back! Time for a new garbage service. Oh yeah, checked the Better Business Bureau website to find this company had 22 complaints in the reporting period of 36 months, 12 of those within the last twelve months.
