On time, very professional, provided an assessment of the property and the report was delivered within 72 hours with pictures of the property and suggestions.

Tom did an excellent job. unfortunately, he was not able to check out the inside of the roof. The good news is that Tom has many years of building experience, was able to confirm my own opinion about this unit. We all need an unbiased opinion on things we want to do.
