+ -1 moreTold us 155 days to finish, tool over a year. Had three walk thru and gave up. Would not answer questions, lied, and refused to be accountable for mistakes. Had four foreman, made many mistakes. Do not trust.

+ -1 moreI have talked with TCH a number of times since May 2013 and have found them to be responsive and helpful during each conversation. I originally inquired about construction of a new home, standard specifications, and home plans. Subsequent visits involved modifying the chosen plan, choosing interior and exterior options, and considering financing options. With financing behind me, TCH is set to begin construction within the next week or so.

Description of Work: We met with him to discuss Trinity building a house for us. They listened and took notes while we told them what our wish list was. He said he would get back to us the next day and advise us as to costs, etc. He never called back. My husband ended up calling him back and he told us he couldn't build the cost for XXX. Both my husband and I felt he did not want to do the work. Maybe our budget ($200-$250) was too low. Even though I discussed the amount with him before we met.
