The service agreement was to cut down a tree and then cut into firewood. Tree was cut down and part of the trunk was cut into huge logs, one of which rolled down and damaged my property WHILE they were there (he didn't tell me)!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will not respond to texts or phone calls. Very unprofessional.

I was able to have this done without being present. He sent me pictures as he worked the job. I was very pleased with the results

They did a great job! They cleaned up all the debris so well you couldn't tell that work had been done by looking at the ground. They came when they promised. I didn't have to be home while they worked, so I don't know how long it took them, but they did everything we agreed on beforehand.

All went fine..great job... and I'd call him again. He is, however, bringing inexperienced sons onto the job site and will use your job as training for them which could increase exposure to liabilities to your neighbors. In this particular case it didn't seem to matter. They were nice young men and I enjoyed helping them learn. As with any tree removal company that claims they are insured, get a copy of their policy and be sure to call that insurance company/agent to make sure it is still enforce on the day they are working. Mr. Mann will show you his insurance policy upfront probably before you even ask for it....

He did a great job. He came when he said he would. He was reasonably priced and he did a thorough job. I think his price was okay. I wasn't really searching for the lowest price, I just wanted somebody to do what they say that they're going to do and do a good job, and he did all of that.

Cut down about 16 trees from our yard. They completed the job in a timely manner and left our yard clean of any debris. They distributed the mulch from the trees around the yard so there were no big piles.

They left a 1/3 of the tree in the yard telling me it would make a good planter. I was really surprised they did that. They packed up their tools before I had time to tell them to remove it. I called John to ask him and he wanted to charge me another 50$ to take it out. I would do it myself except its about 8 feet long and is the base trunk- very very heavy. I told him that the original 400 covered taking down the tree and removal. He said when he could he'd come and finish. Now they won't return or answer my calls and I have this huge log in my yard. I don't recommend them and will never do business with them again.

John provided a fast estimate. Arrived as plnned and cut , mulched and cleaned up. Only concern was mulcher had oil leak on driveway that is still visible months later.

sorry, but pretty much told the story above. Notable was that some of the trees taken down could have caused structural damage if not 'felled' correctly. I think one blueberry bush lost a branch as did one merlot grapevine. I recommend him highly.

A noticable leak had appeared in the roof over the living area of our home. I called Mr Mann,and he repaired the leak with no problem.

John came out to meet with us on a Sat evening as this is a vacation cabin and were only in town that weekend. He showed us that he was insured and licensed. Identifed the most critical trees to remove. Gave me a fair price as these were 50' + oaks and one pine. I was expecting about $400 per tree and the total price also included chopping up an additional tree already on the ground. When I returned to the cabin the following weekend after the work, trees were gone, no damage to house, deck or ground. They did an excellent job and i will use Treemanns again as needed.

I called and spoke with John Mann on Friday. He and his sons showed up as promised on Saturday, did the work very well as we had discussed, and charged a fair price. We have asked Mr. Mann to give us an estimate on another job, and look forward to working with him again.
