The team that worked in our home were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to prepare walls and took time to cover our hard wood floors and furniture/cabinets. Jose and Mireya did an amazing job and we were so happy with the results. We have 29' high prowl windows and this team was extraordinary in painting in high spaces without having paint spots on floor! I will definitely hire Lopez Painting for any future indoor or outdoor painting or staining work. Their prices were extremely fair and the overall painting project exceeded our expectations. Juan and his team performed the worked as stated and expected. We communicated multiple times about the work to be performed. We are not full time owners and had limited opportunities to meet except for the weekends. Juan took the time to meet us and discuss our job. We had the upper portion of our cabin pressured washed and stained. We also had some areas to paint. Juan recommended that we use a black self priming paint on all the door and window trim. Since we had black gutters and looked at some online photos, we took his advice. It did cost us a bit more, but his recommendation was spot on. As others had reviewed, we had some weather obstacles to work around and Juan was able to get the job done as expected.

We just had Lopez Painting stain our cabin and could not be happier. Since we are not at our cabin full time yet, we had limited opportunities to get the project done. Juan took time out of his weekend to meet us on a Sunday afternoon since we had to leave the following day. His quote was very competitive and provided great details about the products they use. He was again able to meet our limited availability and schedule the job when we could be at the cabin. Unfortunately the weather turned cold unexpectedly. Knowing our time constraints, Lopez Painting showed up to pressure wash our cabin even though the temperature was just above freezing and it was snowing! After having to wait a couple of days since it was too cold to stain, Lopez Painting quickly and professionally took care of our cabin. Finishing out project had to be slipped to the following Monday since they couldn't get everything done in just 2 days. Again the weather was not cooperating with the forecast for rain the entire following week. Just when we were beginning to think we were going to have to take another week off of work, Juan called on a Sunday morning and asked if it would be OK if they came out and finished the job that day since they knew we had to get back. You don't normally get that kind of customer service. We could not be happier with the outcome of our job. Communication from start to finish was excellent, with regular texts to keep us up to date. We will not hesitate to use Lopez painting in the future and probably wouldn't even bother getting quotes from other companies.

All I can say is wow! The cabin really looks great after the crew finished the job. The stain looks evenly applied everywhere the color is fantastic. The windows were also re-painted and look perfect, with clean lines and no over-paint or paint dripping visible at all. Juan and his crew definitely met and exceeded my expectations, and my cabin looks absolutely gorgeous now. The team was prompt, on-time, and didn't leave any items on the work site. Juan was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for your exterior painting or staining needs.

They went above in beyond on things that were not described on the quote. For example all my windows were cleaned after completion of the job. Lopez Painting was an absolute professional company. Juan Lopez came out and gave an estimate and explained every detail that had to be done to the house. After he came he provided me with quote that same day via email. Everything was described and written very well. After I gave them the green light to start the job, they came and did what they had to do. Not once did I have to correct them or tell them what to do.
