If you want your home to burn down after their service tech assures you that your oven has been repaired call these guys. Interestingly I called them after the 'repair' just to inform them of the incident that occurred after their 'repair' which involved my oven catching on fire and the man who answered began yelling at me about how it was not his problem. I calmly told him I was not calling to be accusatory but more so informative and to ask about how they handled such situations. The man continued to yell at me and I finally had to not so politely let him know what I thought about the situation. He has now called and threatened my wife twice and we are having to involve the local police. So disappointed that we ever were referred to Jimco by our local Home Depot. Obviously we will never use them again and I would suggest that you do not either.

Had a warranty issue with an Eletrolux Microwave. They sent out Jimco. What a disaster took nearly three weeks to get a repair done, during that time no communication. When they finished the repair they tech damaged the case on the microwave and now it has to be repaired again. I would not let them in my house again! Poor communication, and how do you justify damaging the appliance to in order to repair it.
